if you want to fix the problem of the audio cutting out when you miss a note, just copy the guitar.ogg and rename it song.ogg, then it just lowers the audio, instead of taking it away.. = )

The game is Frets on Fire for the PC, I just downloaded a mod to make it look like Rock Band. I think tis modelled after Rock Band 1.

No it's a game for the PC, downloadable for free. I use my Xbox 360 X-Plorer guitar on my PC to play the game.
