Contest Answer: Although Fall is about blazers, jackets, scarves, and gloves, I think the best outerwear has to be the shoes. Shoes just completes the look and for fall over the knee boots are the best. Whether they're heels or flats, it's just something about them that makes every outfit fashionable and sexy.
