I'm interested in Beef with Black Bean Sauce (as I haven't seen it in any Chinese or Asian restaurants or take-away shops). Would it be similar to this, but just switch the meat?
Also, a request I have made previously (on your Korean Army Base soup video) - could you give approximate quantities of the ingredients you use?
I like it how you explain a little bit about the ingredients, and sometimes give a history of the dish. That's cool.
p.s. you say Chicken with Black Bean Sauce, but the title..
I have looked at the black beak sauce for a day now and finally realized you meant black bean - ha ha ha ha - duh on my behalf! Looks delicious!!

@57worldwide Beef should work. But I would brown it, take it out make the sauce and add the beef back just before serving.
On the Army Base soup I just kind of throw in what I am using. It is a very flexible recipe.
