It's more than enough for me, I don't fly 3D. I've had some 3D flyers have a go at my Heli, and they where impressed with it's performance. I can crank this up a lot more if I want. I've got it tamed down for my flying. 4S A123 on a Trex 450 is to heavy in my opinion.
lol for the 6er scorpion A123 3S is a bit small isn't it? If using A123 you should better use 4S;)

That's the exact motor and ESC i have on the heli, Using the new Gov mode on the CC ESC, I have a head-speed of 2700 set.

damn, not enough RPM ! go for a Scorpion v2 -6 and a CC 35 ESC with 13T pinion.
