Both E strings dropped to D and capo on second fret. other than that its just plugged into a mixer to amp it up

This is very nice. Danny O'Keefe and Bob Dylan co-wrote this one. David Lindley (a big Danny O'Keefe fan, I think) covers it too. But Mr. Bruce is a lovely guitarist, plus has a wonderful voice. Cheers.
