Do people stand around trying to sell legal stuff on the streets like ciggerettes or beer? No because who would buy it? No one! And if they sell something illegal they make 20 times the money. Legalise and regulate pot and the black market would shrink into a minority of heroin/crack/meth users, which is 1% of drug users around the world. Hemp can be used to make anything!
