  • roger moore final bond

  • My first James Bond Film! :)

  • one of th orst in the seris without a doubt

  • God i love this film

One of the best 007 films in my life

i liked john barrys score in this film

  • I seem to remember the trailer v.o. saying "from Paris...to the streets of San Francisco" when Moore is hanging off the fire truck when I saw the trailer in the theater. There must be another ad for the movie.

  • Great movie. Maybe not the best Bond flick, but it`s one of my favorites especially of the bond Moore era. And Walken really shines! :D Zorin is one the best villains of all bond movies.

  • Roger starting to look old, but still a quality Bond. Gorgeous girls too.

  • omg what kind of car is that

  • Roger moore was 58 in this...

  • Optimus prime!

  • Man, I didn't realise how much this trailer ruins all the surprises from the film. Glad I saw the film first when I was 5 and watched the trailer now when I'm 30!

  • @CrackedButter I think a lot of trailers nowadays give away too much about the film. They should give is a glimpse as to what will happen without revealing too many plot points.

  • @actionfan2000 the best trailer I've ever seen was for the Stanley Kubrick version of The Shining. It explain everything and nothing about the film. Check it out if you haven't already seen it.

  • Bond's car breaks up in two halves like in that movie S*P*Y*S

  • The movie may have had its faults, but how good of a trailer can this be if you get Peter Cullen.....OPTIMUS PRIME himself....to narrate.

  • He Was Already 59 When He Did This Movie Well He Was One Hell Of A James Bond:)

  • @shadowloks2292 Actually he was 43 when he started in Live and Let DIe. But when he wrapped A View To A Kill, he was about 55. Even Moore himself admitted that he was getting on in years, wanting to get out after For Your Eyes Only, but he stayed on after when Sean Connery returned to Bond in Never Say Never Again; as a favor to the producers. It was his own choosing to leave, not the producers nor the fans at that time. Playing the role for 12 years can take a lot out of you.

  • Roger moore's bond is wearing out.

It's another routine-film that gives everything you want from bond.

    7/10

  • can someone please put this movie up

  • Roger Moore was the best james bond, however I think he was too old for the part of bond in this film. Diamonds are Forever should have been his first film and Octopussy should have been his last.

  • this roger moore's least favourite, yet he has been quoted saying Walken was his favourite villain :)

  • This film is dreadful. That is all.

  • Roger Moore's last movie as 007 & Dolph Lundgren's first movie. I had to pay close attention when watching this to notice him. He doesn't speak, just stands in the background. This movie is ok. 1st half was boring. 2nd half got alot better. Awesome song too

  • Don't mess with the Walken !

  • Roger Moore actually looks better in this than he did in Octopussy.

  • "Only one man can stop them." I wonder who that man could be? And does he have a license to order off of Denny's Senior Citizen Menu? OMG! HE DOES! Must be the Golden Acres Superhero.

  • This is the Best movie from the Bond Saga.

My Favorite scenes, the chase in the artic, the chase in a taxi Renault 11 (I had a Renault 11 and I miss you, Snif!), the chase in a firefighter´s truck, and the ending fight in the Golden Gate.

  • Holy Crap! Optimus Primes Narrates. This is a pretty good movie.

  • After live and let die a view to a kill is probably my favourite James Bond movie.

  • That car crash looked real..........I wonder if it was special effects or really happene?

  • Nice swansong for Rog.

  • Hands down my fav bond film. My favourite actor playing my favourite bond villain in my favourite city in my favourite decade with one of my favourite bands doing my favourite bond theme...so...yeah

  • @FamilyGAMEGuy8 Totally agree

  • I don't dislike any of the Bond films but this one was just abit of fun really

  • Pros:

    Zorin is a great villain

Mayday is a great henchwoman (she's really frightening)

Brilliant soundtrack (best of all, imho), based on OHMSS score

Brilliant theme song (again. the best imho)- makes me feel the danger around

Scenes in Paris and San Francisco

    Cons:

Moore looks like the girl's father, should have retired after FYEO

Tanya Roberts is one of the worst Bond girls

It's actually "Goldfinger of the 80's" e.g. the Zeppelin scene, "Zorin Industries" = "Auric Enterprises" etc.

  • @expanding He was going to stop after FYEO,but

decided to continue. You have to understand that

when you are in a position like that and the people

like how you potray bond you will do more and thats

    a fact.Connery and moore nailed it.Brosnan could

have but they put the blame on him cause his 4th

was'nt that great. What makes a great bond is that

knowing you nailed it by stopping when you what.

  • that sounds like Optimus Prime narrating

  • I always hated how the villians killed all those mine workers at the end.

  • From Paris to San Francisco.

  • Even though I've enjoyed ALL of the 007 adventures, I thought Moore was one of the weaker Bonds, except for LIVE AND LET DIE and FOR YOUR EYES ONLY. On this one though, he should have retired after OCTOPUSSY. However, on the plus side, Christopher Walken, Grace Jones, and Patrick MacNee, John Barry's score, and one of my favorite Bond themes ever!

  • Haha, I heard in a recent interview, Roger said the worst stunt he did while working as Bond for 12 years, was kissing Grace Jones! LOL

  • @Sarcasticscum I'm sure the feeling was mutual.

  • @Sarcasticscum He said that?

  • @58fenix

Yes! In a joking manner, of course.

  • @Sarcasticscum Na if he really said that then he meant

    it.

  • @58fenix

Well, he said it in an interview here in YouTube. The video was recently uploaded ( within the last year or so )...

  • @Sarcasticscum Do you have it on your favorites,if

you do can you send it?

  • @58fenix

Um... Just search "Roger Moore Interview" and adjust it to where YouTube only shows videos that popped up months ago. He is at some sort of a book signing, answering questions.

  • @Sarcasticscum I found the video thanks for that man.

it had me laughen hard has hell when he said that about

jones.Again thanks for that.I also have that book he was

signing so I was glad to see that. Thanks!

  • ههههه

    1/31 الى 1/38

    مضحكة جدا

    هههه

  • Christopher Walken=The Man.

  • I loved this movie, and it's great to see the trailer that you've posted here. Thanks!

  • In the world of high adventure the highest number is still 007!

  • zorin...............haliburton

  • Trailer sucks but...

    I really liked this movine.

Sure Moore was almost 60 at the time but so what??? Did that really make a difference? He still played his role.

  • Silicone valley.

  • I was 12 years old...I didn't even remember Christopher Walken was there ...and Grace Jones- will see her this summer at Heineken Festival O:))))

  • I don't mind this but there is a fair few things wrong with this Bond film.

First Roger Moore is far too old for the part, The Bond girl is useless and I personally think they wasted a character in Mayday because had Timothy Dalton maybe done A View to a kill and brought a much harder edge to the film him and Mayday could have had a great fight at the end of the movie.

  • optimus prime

  • While I can see why people criticise this film, I still love it. The World Is Not Enough is an underrated film as well.

  • oh wow these trailers sucked back in the 80's

  • nothing is wrong with this film

for me this is one of the best roger moore films ofc all are good but this is one of my favorite

  • I total agree I love this one compare to the rest of the roger moore films, but they all rocked..

  • except that they got bond to be potrayed by a 60 year old man.

  • When Peter Cullen, the voice of Optimus Prime said "Title song by Duran Duran", my head almost exploded from the sheer awesomeness.

  • Many people hate this movie but I really love it. A View To A Kill is one of my favorite Bond movies. Roger Moore shines as always. Tanya Roberts is definitely one of the most beautiful and memorable Bond Girls. Christopher Walken was brilliant as Max Zorin. Grace Jones was great as well.

The main theme song was fantastic - A View to a Kill performed by Duran Duran

  • @irina1296 - I honestly don't know why folks don't like it. This is in my top 5 with Casino Royale being the best.

The cast was spot on, but you left out May Day, played by Grace Jones. Man I loved her in this (but then, I loved her anyways).

  • @StarshipMaxima Roger Moore was 68 years old in this movie. He looked even older than that. it was painfully obvious, that by Octopussy he should have quit on a good note. The stuntmen were probably getting paid big bucks by then. Moore did not even try to do one stunt himself. too old. Even his trademark funny quips were tired by this point. Tanya Roberts was hot but dimwitted and Grace Jones gave my brother nightmares. Money-penny looked like an old lady from coronation street.

  • @mcentepede It's 58 actually ...... if he's Stallone

    68 is possible for him

  • @jb007harrison That would be ridiculous but if you were

to still look great at a age like that wow!

  • @mcentepede

Actually, he was 58 in this movie...

  • @mcentepede

    You disgust me...

  • @Wadsy591 Thanx...I'll take that as a compliment. I have never replied to this thread, So I don't know what your problem is. Maybe I did...That is how much I care.

  • @irina1296 is that really this way? there are people really who hate this film? that is crazy! you have entirely right this film are also 1 of my favourites and come at me on 7th the place in my top 15! the cast is very good! roger moore are very good (and my favoriete bond actor) and the film is very good and the song by duran duran!!! GENIAS !!!! ( sorry for the maybee bad english but i come from holland and my english is bad )
