jeffhardykane - I think you missed the point. The fans cheering "Let's Go Rangers" were not other team fans - they were Met fans, appreciative of the antics of the Rangers sliding on the tarp. It's called having fun and being a good sport - but it doesn't sound like you are able to understand those concepts.

I was watching the broadcast after the game was cancelled, and yes, the few Mets fans left were actually chaning "lets go Rangers" lol. The Rangers are a team that likes to have fun, and plays baseball for the love of the game, and their spirit is contagious among fans, even Mets fans (after the game was PPD anyway lol).

Wish other teams would lighten up and have fun like this, being in the dallas area the rangers do the same thing at home and cut up alot there to. They love the fans and they prove it alot i took my 4 year old to the gift shop, and he wanted a nolan ryan jersey but i did not have the money, and some of the players were in there. just after i saud i dont have the money Kinsler walked up and asked my boy austin, would you like mine? My boy so so awe struck, all he could do was nod his head...lol

I, being from Texas am obviously most familiar with the rangers, so my opinion is based on limited experience, but they seem to be a good group in this respect, they always seem to be having a good time like this (when not playing) you should seem them playing around after and, to a less degree, before games. It really endears them to the fans, i hope that other teams are like this for their fans.
