    i'm curious about 1 thing.

wouldn't a person have this memorized.

    why the sheet music?

not trying to be funny, just curious.

  • well he was only 14 when he played rhapsody in blue..

it's probably be easier to memorize (:

Yeah, try memorizing a 25-page long Gershwin composition. Let me know how far you get.

  • Great job man, thanks for your comments. I learned this peace a while ago. Its fine to play and you do a great job playing it. you asked me how long have i been playing, i've been playing sense i was 4. I am 17 now. I will be posting alot of other videos. Those three were just a test. Can you play fantasy impromptu or la campanella? I will be posting those 2 soon.

  • great job kid. no joke. just great.

  • alex is amazing!! =D

  • Great for 8th grade!

  • Excellent excellent job!! You were only in 8th grade. That's amazing.

  • Very Very good. That is definatley a hard song *duh* but you were fantastic. If i may though suggest one tiny thing for future reference. The beginning could have been a little bit more free. A little slower would have made it have more musical effect. But that is such a small thing. Wonderful, Wonderful job.

  • Wow!

  • This kid is very talented! This is college level material and very complicated for a 14 year old. He'll be going places in his career!
