No it was not lol Motown 25 was in May '83. The thriller video was shot sometime probably in October or Nov cuz it premiered in Dec. 1983

Look how he conveyed that,Michael was coy and everything..about how he exploded on stage..the difference he has to play up to people's expectations..on stage there are no trepidations..Michael Jackson came to live on stage in front of strangers because,he felt alot more in control of the situation..thats all..I'am also shy and coincidently an entertainer.
