Another wonderful thing about this video is that it is an early graffiti film made with from an outsider's perspective. Most films about graffiti then and now are made by somebody within the graffiti or hip hop community. This is different in the fact that it is made by a film student, someone who lived in the area and could appreciate the graffiti as art. It is also one of the earliest graf videos i have found.

The music is taken from Charles Mingus' "oh yeah" which features Rashann Roland Kirk. It just happens to be my favorite mingus recording.
