These were some of their groups on D.C.L. Recordings label and also the Crass Label: The Babymen, The Cravats, The DCL Locomotive, The Very Things. DCL was an anachronym of Dada Cravat Locomotive...
@MorphineStockbroker I thought their later stuff was a bit different, but so what, good on them for making an effort.
They were always odd, good though. Im glad someone else has noticed the Jazz strain going through this lot as well as Flux and others, Crass especially were full of it yet most people scoff if you even suggest it, "punk Jazz? fuck off" is the usual reaction. Does being able to hear the Jazz formations in punk songs make us both muso bores? Or are we jnot narrow minded enough?
one of my favourites albums of all time is THE A SIDES,both ones no 1 and 2 are fuckin ausome, cheers from canada

I know they are on the Crass label, I have this. I was talking about what musical style did they change to?

Somethings are the very things better left unshed....

@dortyhoor - They didn't really change style, they started strange and carried on that way! "Jazz punk" probably covers their whole output.
