no effect on me. I touch stuff all the damn time and I still touch my mouth....I get sick like once every 2 years. I got sick alot when I was a kid, but I've built up a nice immune system from playing in the dirt

Good execution but a couple of technical flaws that could be improved to make this a professional PSA.
Sound editing: There is noticeable and distracting ambient microphone noise that varies from one take to another. Would be better to remaster this with just the music and dub in clean sound effects (brushing, purring cat, plink sound of brush being placed in holder). These little touches would make this a lot more polished.
2. Video size/encoding: Fix the black bars and resolution.

This is the best one I have seen. Gets the message across so well. It's obvious that people don't think about all the disgusting germs they pick up with their hands. I saw a nurse rubbing her eyes today - after touching a pen and all kinds of other surfaces that weren't sanitary. Health care workers don't even have this on their radar, and it's SO important!
