  • does the military have any use for this?

  • @catnipdogfood

as i know not yet at here, try to search talon robot US military already use it

  • @ENMT04

As the other poster said, A 249 would eliminate your nee to reload as frequently.

Have you approached the Pentagon about this? The Talon has an operational radius of about 1000 meters, so I think they would be very interested in this. Could you post the specifications of the robot besides range and towing capability? How much did it cost you to produce this unit, and how much do you think it would cost if you were to mass produce them?

  • @tattat44

Not yet with petagon but i don't think they really interesting, and i don't live in US, the range of control can be extend by put more strong transmitter, for in city it can apply 3G technology to control it. we spend $2000 for this prototype, mass product could got around 1500-3000 upon the specification require and including the Chinese manufacturing

  • @ENMT04

Oh. Well I'm sure that the People's Liberation Army would be interested in one as well.

At any rate, great project. What brand of Airsoft M4 did you put on there?

  • @catnipdogfood Na ATM they can shoot tin cans themselves LOL

    Good Video BTW

  • this thing is amazing, just mount a box mag'ed m249 and ur sorted for defence or assault :) its got a real slick and mean design too. defo +1 from me

  • wow! how much does this thing weigh? it seems like it would need to be pretty heavy to provide enough traction to pull four guys.

  • Stupid humanity, when the most powerfull people on the planet get the power of god the poorest is a slave. We ll understand what we ve done soon.

  • Nice robot, nice soundtrack :)

  • awesome :)

  • this is pretty sick, the color tracking is impressive, good job!

  • I guess I don't understand the purpose of tracking a color object...unless its purely academic. Do we expect the "enemy" to always wear bright yellow?

I think it would be better to track any movement of an object that passes in front of the camera (although, I bet it's a lot harder to do this).

  • @Sancho0330

We put the color tacking engine for example to ensure the auto aim and hardware system is working, for the future no matter for moment tacking or face recolonization it will all work it need only x,y coordinate size of an object and range to run the system.

  • @ENMT04

i alread publish the source code, look at video detail.

  • @Sancho0330

Hello, i already publish the source code, see at video detail link

  • Can I see the code?

  • @Sancho0330

Yep, As soon we will open source, we will post the website when we published.

  • @ENMT04 Oh, I thought you were done with it. When do you expect to be code-complete?

  • @Sancho0330

It would be in next 2-3 days.

  • @ENMT04

Yes, I alread published the source code, look at video detail
