Hi may i ask is the fulcrum racing 5 a good upgrade from my r500 shimano wheel.do u recommend racing 5 or any other wheels?

@MRryuhayabusa The Fulcrum Racing 5 is 140g lighter than the R500, so it will ride and accelerate faster. Other recommendations would be the C-4 Original Series for $300 at 1650g or the C Series for $700 at 1450g. You will accelerate so much faster on the climbs and the flats with less rotating mass.
