Great Video. Dave Hunt goes into detail about some of these guys and their erroneous teachings. I have learned a lot. It's just so sad because people are like sheep. Jesus must have gone to hell to deal with all the sin as sin cannot be present with god in heaven. If jesus didnt go to hell then how did he take back the keys of death of hell from Satan? I only have one comment, word of faith is crooked. Word of faith has their own classes at the local college. I will not go into detail but me and my classmates worked our butts off for a physics project. We did all the machining and all the mathematical problems, all they did was present the project, they got all the grades and all the credit. No non word of faith students are allowed in their classes, they get other classes to do the work while they get the credit.

The Word Faith Movement in my opinion has the wrong view of God as it places trust in metaphysics as opposed to trust in God. It relies on a Universal Faith-Force that is in obedience to certain cosmic laws that God also must obey. God becomes something that can be manipulated through Positive Affirmation. The word-faith movement also teaches that men are "little gods". I've never seen a word-faith teacher say that Jesus is God. Copeland stated that Jesus had to go to hell and be "born again" to save us from our sins. Scripture is clear that Jesus said "it is finished" which means He paid the price IN FULL AT THE CROSS. Great Video. Dave Hunt goes into detail about some of these guys and their erroneous teachings. I have learned a lot. It's just so sad because people are like sheep. I have heard some of the teachings of these guys, they do the same thing that MANY cult leaders do, they give a little of the TRUTH and a LOT OF THE LIE. Also must cults deny the deity. Jesus must have gone to hell to deal with all the sin as sin cannot be present with god in heaven. If jesus didnt go to hell then how did he take back the keys of death of hell from Satan? Jesus did not remain in hell because satan had no right to keep hm there because jesus wasnt guilty of all the sin bore. When Jesus was resurrected he reposed his earthly body which became glorified as he once again took on the nature of his deity.

Hi kempo Jesus took on the nature of sin not satan i dont know who said satan but i know he didnt take on his nature. It was not possible for jesus's life to be taken from him he could only lay it down of his own free will which he did on the cross the difinition for sin is death which is spiritual spearation from God thats why jesus said "My God why hast though forsaken me" this not meaning that God abandoned him it means he was cut of from God because he became sin.

if it weren't forr Hagin i may not have found the Lord. and the local church i attended had flags next to every window with a portrait of a family the church supports in whichever country that family was in and at one point i remember every spot being filled (at least 50). so ya just thought i'd put that out there

Also Word of faith is buying into resthomes. IMO it is just something to brainwash our elderly into giving them their inheritance. My advice to anybody, just do unto others and tell others that Jesus loves them, and you will be OK when the time comes.

I only have one comment, word of faith is crooked. Word of faith has their own classes at the local college. I will not go into detail but me and my classmates worked our butts off for a physics project. We did all the machining and all the mathematical problems, all they did was present the project, they got all the grades and all the credit. No non word of faith students are allowed in their classes, they get other classes to do the work while they get the credit.

The Word Faith Movement in my opinion has the wrong view of God as it places trust in metaphysics as opposed to trust in God. It relies on a Universal Faith-Force that is in obedience to certain cosmic laws that God also must obey. God becomes something that can be manipulated through Positive Affirmation. Word Faith techniques such as Positive Confession and faith are not one in the same as it promotes ones own selfish desires.

'Preservation of the saints' or 'once saved (kept) always saved' or 'eternal security' all believe that once a person has been born again they cannot lose their salvation. "True" Christians can and do become lost. The scripture I pointed out testifies to this fact. Jesus warned again and again to remain in Him. This is a commandment to the believer to fulfill his part, or he will be cast away and burned. If Calvinism is true, Jesus would not have commanded anything, since we could not resist His will, and therefore Christ would not need to warn His children. The word-faith movement also teaches that men are "little gods". I've never seen a word-faith teacher say that Jesus is God. Copeland stated that Jesus had to go to hell and be "born again" to save us from our sins. Scripture is clear that Jesus said "it is finished" which means He paid the price IN FULL AT THE CROSS. i had attended a wof church years ago and imo this video is a total distortion of what wof teaches, an attempt to make them evil. Wof are our brothers and sisters in Christ yet some choose to side with "accuser of the brethren" ...please show me one person or demonination that has PERFECT understanding/THEOLOGY... we are all underconstruction of the HOLY SPIRIT HE is refining our faith non of us are 'there yet'.
