i agree. disruption web, specially in tvp would totally screw terrans cause tanks are slow to move, and under the web they cant fire.. it would be perfect. I wonder why they dont use it? maybe its too apm dependent? but the first to master it would totally own

Because it takes too much minerals and gas in early and mid game. Toss need to focus first on maccro and tech I guess..
