@happykoh U said it urself it's company owned so therefore if the other owners decided not to be mentioned that is their privacy and rights to do so. Just like when the media takes your photo or video you have the rights to refuse to be viewed. The other owners have the right to protect their names and can sue Mike Arroyo for any damages. This is certainly necessary if you are in hospitality business to keep your name as clean as possible. His part may be public but not other owners.
Mikey was actually smart to buy cheap houses in California then sell it. I actually planning to buy two houses in Santa Clarita and rent it out to my friends and families and sell it when the economy recovers.

I don't see any wrong doing of Mikey Arroyo. He was right, he cannot declare it on his name alone if the property belongs to a company. He can only declare it only if there was an income generated from the property. Pinas should actually owe him tax credit because he had capital lost if the property was not being rented and entitled to expense write offs.

@happykoh U said it urself it's company owned so therefore if the other owners decided not to be mentioned that is their privacy and rights to do so. Just like when the media takes your photo or video you have the rights to refuse to be viewed. The other owners have the right to protect their names and can sue Mike Arroyo for any damages. This is certainly necessary if you are in hospitality business to keep your name as clean as possible. His part may be public but not other owners.

Mikey was actually smart to buy cheap houses in California then sell it. I actually planning to buy two houses in Santa Clarita and rent it out to my friends and families and sell it when the economy recovers.

I don't see any wrong doing of Mikey Arroyo. He was right, he cannot declare it on his name alone if the property belongs to a company. He can only declare it only if there was an income generated from the property. Pinas should actually owe him tax credit because he had capital lost if the property was not being rented and entitled to expense write offs.
I am not a fan of this guy but until he's proven guilty his innocent. Why Monsod is acting STUPID. It's plain buy and sell house STUPID lady.

Actually may point nga si Mikey.. Kung i-present nga naman nya yung report nya para sa assets and liabilities nya.. ide-depend nya yun sa gobyerno.. Nagpa-interview lang naman sya para makapag-explain ng side nya pero hindi para dun usigin ng mga news anchor lang.. Hindi naman legal na proseso yun para ibigay nya lahat ng info na required ng isang show.. That doesn't count.. Pleasing everybody will lose your integrity..
