This Arizona Chemical Plant in Port St. Joe, FL was a money maker until August 2009 when Rhone Capital LLC (the new European Owners) mistakenly shut it down. The Plant had made over five million dollars profit in 2009. Apparently, the land was more valuable than the fifty million dollar chemical plant and it did not fit into the plans for the property across the street where the St. Joe Paper Mill once stood.
The first Distillation Tower that fell was called A-50 Tower and the second was PS-1.
Do the same 6 people dislike all these beautiful, beautiful demolitions?

If you worked there for 33 years as I did; you would understand!
This Arizona Chemical Co. in Port St. Joe, FL was making money;
over 5 million dollars net in the first 6 months of 2009 until Rhone Capital, LLC shut it down.
It was like family, over 70 employees lost their jobs.
Rhone Capital realizes now, the PSJ Chemical Plant was the wrong one to shut down!
It was a modern Chemical Plant that was worth between 55 and 70 million dollars before it was demolished in 2009.

UNBELIEVABLE! I would give it a 100000000, but ratings only reach 5, but anyway, very impressive!
