Just run some 40wt oil in it til you can get a new engine. Buddy had a Jeep that had 240k miles on it ran straight 40 or 50 weight in it and it kept the smoke to a minimum, Rattled a lil on cold mornings lol.

the best thing ever to fine out if your engine is borning it to take out the spark plugs and see if they are black filled with carbon. Some times one or more cylinders could be borning so just number the sparkpug with wut cylinder that is borning to fix it later.

I have a 94 Civic EX Coupe that has 212,000 abusive miles on it, it is even an Automatic with 100,000 miles on the fluid, was sludged to hell when I got it 5 years ago (10 years old with 170,000 miles, had ink for oil, adjusted the valves this last summer, somehow the engine is now clean, .....continued.....

....continued.....it just ate the sludge and didn't complain any, I dont change the oil but about every 10,000 miles and this car STILL runs like new without a single rattle or any smoke, it can even pass emissions testing and gives 30+ MPG and 0 oil burning.

I imagine I will drive it until some idiot runs a redlight and totals it on me, it will NEVER break down.

Now does that sound like a junk car to you?

Hondas are, indeed, everlasting. I didn't use the word 'junk'. I'd call a crappy Audi a junk. Never a Honda. When we lived in Uruguay we owned a Toyota Cressida(stone agesXD) bought brand-new. When we moved to New Zealand, our neighbour bought the car. Dad has contact with him. And he still owns it. It's over 270,000km( *does math*... 160K miles?) and it works fine. :)

well if you caint smell oil or coolant and if its cold out or its rained or w.e then its probley condinsation or w.e they call the smoke coming out of a cold engine when its could out. kinda like when you go out during wintertime and its cold out and blow usually smoke comes out right, well thats what your car does.

the best test is in summer after loads of driving, if it is still smoking then it is rarely white, if it is start worrying because its coolant!
