I live near an ANG station and C-130's & A-10's fly in and out and around our area all the time. I've never seen a C-130 maneuver around like this!

Actually the engineer was the only one not strapped in and as you can see he is busy handling everything in the cockpit after the maneuver. There are no better group of guys.

As much as I admire the professionalism that I've heard so much about, I none-the-less have to wonder why several people (including the flight engineer) weren't strapped in (especially during the -ve G pushover).

Yeah, there pulling negative g's when they push forward which brings everything to basicly no gravity

Yes when they do that manuever their is no gravity for about 5-7 seconds.
