  • This guy doesn't use full range of motion in any of his exercises, wouldn't recommend this to any one.

  • @ColdDish1 .......its an "arm workout" not a "building your biceps/triceps for that ultimate steroid look tye workout, you can see from the speed hes going that hes not just trying to pump himself up....& yes i also use free weights, but i use them along with bands & bodyweight exercises so as not to get too big &inflexible.

  • @Thetrollmaster2000 get them at any sporting goods store. they're basically palates bands. i found a package with 3 resistance bands and a door mount. cost me about $20.

  • @Thetrollmaster2000 look up Boston Scally Cap Guy on Google. I bought them from him and they are the best....I bought a set for my friend who trains too and we love them. They ship really fast and for $25 you get an insane set that you can combine the bands all at once to train stronger and bigger muscles. Hope that helped. They're the best on the market dude.

  • Elastic bands are good but nothing beats freeweights if you want to get bigger and stronger go the gym or by you a weight set instead of wasting yoour money os elastic bands and boflex.

  • i dnt know why people knock this kind of thing, resistance tube is a serious tool in your arsenal, yea dont drop free weights, but come on, you use both or more than just the two, your in shape, thats the diffrence between an average lookin dude at the gym and one of those serious guys, they understand you gotta use everything, id recomend anybody go out and get a resistance band, and btw who says this thng doesnt add size? i was a muscular 185 and i gained like 10 or 15 pounds off just one tub

  • Where is the pump? Too fast...fine if you want to tone..but that's it

  • you can't pump weights too fast cause then you're using momentum with rubber bands you can go as fast as you want, in fact the faster you go the more work you do in a unit of time- get a band or bands where the resistance feels about medium then pump reps as fast as you can for 60 sec - you're in pretty good shape if you don't slow down significantly after 40 sec.

  • I was given a (light) resistance band to help with a shoulder injury. It helped a lot. When I got better I went back to free weights.

  • @ColdDish1 lol freeweights arnt gonna do everything, and alot of times you dont even need em, look at college or olympic wrestlers, or gymnasts, those guys have better bodies than anyone and there not pumping heavy iron at all

  • @crazyassblinddude i agree completely, you need to have resistance training, look at terrell owens, he is one of the most in shape guys in the NFL and he uses resistance bands. I agree that you need free weights, but you also need to vary it up by using resistance bands and bodyweight exercises

  • @ColdDish1 Band helps for peak contraction. In this case when you flex the arm it looks better than if you only used free weight. Free weight is usual for full range of motion. This will help getting your arm to be round at any time.

  • Wow people are stupid. I had to give a thumbs down to every comment. Resistance band training is intence. You can't knock it until you have done it correctly. I can push 315 correctly. And Resistance bands still kick my ass. It's one of the few things that will really get you cut. Good video.

  • Great two-exercise Circuit Training (CT).

    However, this isn't Interval Training (IT).

    IT mixes in one ATP/PC and Anerobic Glycolysis targeted exercise followed by an Aerobic System targeted exercise (the interval), followed by another ATP/PC, A.G. exercise.

    For example, 1 set dips (ATP/PC & A.G. System) followed by jogging 3 minutes in place (the interval between) followed by 1 set chin ups (ATP/PC & A.G. System).

    What you're doing here is only ATP/PC & A.G.
