  • One of the finest pieces of music I've heard in years. Blown away.

  • the one dislike is deaf.

  • my brain just exploded inside of my own brain just exploded

  • @Salsashark516 brainception?

  • マイブラ?

  • la raja!!

    stunning!

  • touching..

    thanks for sharing this ;)

  • Many people talk about God exists... but Kevin Shields really does.

  • la raja

  • what album is this on? nrrd to try and get my hands on it!

  • boss HM-2 Is a scooped out piece of shit do not ever buy that pedal to try to shoegaze. Shields himself used a marshall shredmaster, which are no longer manufactured. google BYOC Shredder, they sell clones of the originals.

  • @TuMira85 He didn't use a Shredmaster. He had Guv'nors. Bilinda had HM-2s.

  • Where can I find the original recording of this? It sounds awesome.

  • Kevin's shield is a jenius!

sorry for mine bad eNglish. But I very much love this music.

  • @whoiscuriousgeorge It really is

    LOL

It' s like reading a Ja Jar Binks comment

    LOL

    Cheers, dude!

  • if god played guitar, this is what it would sound like.

  • this is true.

  • incredible. shields taps into some rare emotions. what vastly layered noise...

  • behold the awesomeness

  • Does any one know exactly! what hes using? in terms of pedals and levels on them? anyone please?

  • you can get this sound with just reverse reverb (EHX cathedral, digitech digiverb, yamaha spx90,alesis reverbs) and distortion (boss HM-2 is kevin shields on a budget). make sure you're gliding with the tremolo arm though.

  • google images 'kevin shields pedal board' and then start saving. Guitar geek also has a really old set-up from 1992 or thereabouts, but to be honest, I don't think anyone will ever know for sure how to get 'that' sound. Good luck!!!

  • @Circa7

    reverse reverb and tremolo

  • my hero.

  • Christ! How Zamyatian!

  • simply outstanding, further proof that technical ability is not the be all and end all of music, and is infintely second to musical emotion. Kevin Shields truelly is an absolute genius.

  • Thanks for uploading this.

    Soothing but powerful at once.

Does anyone know when this was made, roughly? thanks.

  • Don't quote me but I think the mid-90s, possibly 95. I remember seeing that somewhere.

  • sucks I can only listen to this here...I need it in my car!!!

  • Gracias.

    I was looking for that

  • thanks so much for posting this... I've been looking for the track and could finally meet it here. what a stunning music.
