Seeing as you gave a pretty glowing review to House, I'd recommend these movies, especially the first one. I can't entirely explain what they're about, but trust me, it's absolutely insane, as well as deeply, DEEPLY terrifying. Just look up "Tetsuo: The Iron Man" and go from there.

@fszron I might have an explanation to this. Alright, his Uncle Miguel just comes out of the water and grabs Lando right? Well, it wasn't just grabbing him anywhere, but on his arm. Later in the movie, he uses some of his magic from that same arm, hint hint, the "Psycho Wave" from his elbow which of course was the same arm that his uncle's corpse grabbed him from. It was all a transfer of power, and no, Miguel was not trying to murder his nephew at all. I rest my case.
