lolz I tried to catch it on TV but I screwed up the video because my soup was overcooking. I recently discovered the video archive on CSPAN but the video there was like this all screwed up on timing. I tried to fix it but couldn't. Kennedy has many problems worse than his hair. He's been in rehab more than Lindsay Lohan... He's famous for those unhinged monologues, hours of fun to watch.
