  • CAN ANYONE TELL ME THE NAME OF THIS PIANO PIECE PLEASE!!!!

  • your answer is wrong.

god made the universe the earth and everything!! read genises chapter 1 verse 1 to the end of genises

  • Bollocks

  • what we learn from history, is tht we never learn from history

  • Everything was created out of... emptyness ?

    What?

Time, space, man, honor, love are all out of emptyness?

Today everthing has a creator and every tiny thing too, but the Universe, the most complex is out of emptyness.....hard one.

  • thats bullshit god created the world

  • @ChrisEne1712613

You're a fucking moron. Please do not reproduce.

  • @RejectedHypothesis

can you prove that? were you there when the universe was created? no, no you weren't. all of the shit you believe about the origins of the universe are just as unprovable as what you claim to be moronic and is just as unscientific. it's ridiculous that someone in this day and age is so close-minded.

  • @ChrisEne1712613 No escape.

    .

QUESTION: What came first the egg or the chicken ?

    .

You can only choose one, which one would you choose.

  • @Neon241 I hope you don't mind if I answer, just as a guess? From a scientific point of view, probably the egg, since years of evolution and changes happened in the egg to create our modern day chicken. From a religious view, probably the chicken, for it says in Geneis, "let birds fly above...Be fruitful and increase in number." This indicates that the chiken came first. And if neither of those answers are satisfying, from a Harry Potter view, "a circle has no end." :)

  • yup, thats enough studying for my GED test!

  • No, even when there is nothing there is still a potential. That said, if all we were was an expression of a potential, nothing unexpectedly miraculous had to happen at the beginning. Think: if we are here now, then what we consider to be nothing; was in fact the nothing+the potential of something, and if we exist now, we may still simply be a potential something, which from inside this potential, would seem to be existence, but may actually still be nothing+potential of something.

  • whitemans version of history.wow

  • wait wait wait if it was nothing from the begining how could it be an explosion

  • This is a stupid religion, talk about faith based, there was nothing and then boom everything for no reason. Ohh and yeah and information (dna) magically appeared because "nature" made it. "nature knows best" naturalist is a religion like any other. They just replace the glory that should go to the Creator aka Christian God, with nature. Like if nature has a mind and can create the intangible. Nature is your version of god.

  • terrorfying to the intelligent mind. i hope many people grasp the message of this little clip, namely, what the next few decades will be like. shudder

  • science is rediculous sometimes. People want answers so they justify how things are formed by adding years. 13 billion years ago really? come on. How many scienctific theories have to be proven wrong before people stop believing this nonsense. I'm not defending religion at all, but I don't buy into this video. 200 years from now people will have even more answers than now and will look back on what we believe as stupid and uninformed.

  • @Tikiman03 Technically the universe is theorized to be 13.7 billion years old... not just 13 billion.

  • @daberko120ch ....more like 13.75 :)

  • @MattSpirit1 13.75921583293215. JK lol

  • @daberko120ch - According to several sources you are correct, or close enough to brag about it. LOL!

  • @Tikiman03

You can give or take 2 billion years if you wish. There are multiple ways of dating that all reach the same general conclusion about the age of the planet. Time to come to the realization that what is "stupid and uniformed" are faith based belief systems.

  • @ohsnap31 I don't believe in any religion nor do I completely buy into the information on this video. People need to accept what they inherently don't know.

  • @Tikiman03 Like religion. Of course. One day everyone will look back and wonder how we believed in such silly fairy tales, and be ashamed that we allowed such beliefs to take us over and kill each other over it.

  • @stefanoGFsiciliano Completely agree with you. It's kind of sad that human nature created all of these beliefs becuase of our fear of death and government manipulations. We probably could have gone to the moon 500 years ago. People need to accept what they obviously don't know.

  • stupid video

  • WHY is it that for over 250,000 years since the appearance of the homo sapians, human beings did NOTHING in order to have civilization and to expand it, but suddenly only about 5,000 years ago our ancestors acquired civilization and decided to speed things up and civilization grew quickly? what happened suddenly? the idea of SLAVERY was created?

  • NWO religion.... somthing came from nothing then that something organised itself into increasingly more complex parts then whahlah we are here.....

  • So no mention of god then, ha, typical !!

  • The universe was not born out of nothing.. God created the World. Please read the Quran, it explains how God created the Heavens and Earth

Verse 7:54 “Your Guardian-Lord Is God, Who created the heavens and the earth in six days, then He established Himself on the Throne (of authority): He draweth the night as a veil O’er the day, each seeking the other in rapid succession: He created the sun, the moon, & the stars, (all) governed by laws under His command. Is it not His to create and to govern?

  • @habiba21 you forgot the part about jesus. and you mean the bible.

  • @habiba21 No is not . And Quran is just full of primitive mythos for primitive people living in primitiv times . Quran has nothing to do with facts , history or real life and reality . Sorry.

  • please google why are people so ... now that we know the question, the real answer is logic, however what will you do about it? I ask myself the very same ;)

  • slow down. simplify. life is too short. practice happiness, peace, wisdom, courage, love and above all tranquility for tranquility is where life finds balance. search complete. please gen y, with your head in the screen, dont forget to look up at the sky

  • A couple big problems with this. First, the claim that hunting and gathering "works" is jaw-dropping. Indeed the whole video is a subtle attack civilization at its core. This is underscored by the treatment of Greece and Rome, and other momentous events in the history of civilization, getting equal billing with things like the Scythians and Easter Island. Indeed, the point of the video seems to be that civilization is a "blip" in history and not our natural state. This is wrong.

  • More than half of it is fake

  • It will continue with perhaps the end of the USA.

  • Great video!

  • Like the video, one point it shows as an atheist,is that people over the ages have not accepted that there is only one god, meaning that the human race is still divided in its thinking.

Perhaps in 1500 more years the human race can reach a consensus ,though I doubt it.

  • WHFUA=World History For U All :D

  • ONE Of the best videos I've ever seen!

  • this is like age of empires

  • wat is the music of the video?

  • theists please understand that the big bang did not happen at one place, it was the expansion at every place. This is supported by the fact that we can observe other galaxies in the universe moving away from us at every direction.

use a marker and put two dots on a balloon. As you blew air in it, the balloon expands and you can see the dots moving further away from each other. The same sort of thing happens with our universe, except that 3D space is expanding in 4D.

  • @soulessnessD if everything is moving away from us in every direction then surely that means that everything was once all at the same place, otherwise we'd have things flying towards us, correct?

  • cool!

  • If only we could go back to the original meaning of physics. And ONLY use physics. Physics real meaning is to observe phenomena and record it. That is it. physics is the real science, has anyone seen the big bang... No. Do you see thinks appear out of nowhere... No. Christ has 2000 eyewitnesses of His resurrection, and 5k+ manuscripts of teachings. More than the 5 of the Middle Ages,

  • @MarineGuild I'm sure there's just as many people who say they've been abducted by aliens

  • Respond to this video... LOL! Actually nope. The thing about it that is fascinating is the coordination of all these witnesses. The time they wrote it, etc.. And it's not just eyewitnesses. There is proof that can be seen today. Noah's Ark still stands. There are soldiers bodies laying across the sea God parted... can I go on?

  • @MarineGuild So you;ve been to heaven and hell sir?

  • @animationapple Absolutly. And in the Beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

  • Time is not a raw material for the existence of matter. It is only when man/Einstein trying to locate/describe matter/energy in space that he needed time(with his equations). Even if the minds that conceived time, energy, matter will/have not existed matter will exist. You see an empty space not describe by time is already swarming with energy(vibrating) and maybe lumping of this energy say 666 of them defines God a natural phenomena. The rest followed His design specs. Second law is not true.

  • look at how many civilizations lived and died before the first written book.

  • Maybe the person who declares this to be true should run for presiden,, No wait,, Maybe he should run for God.

Its Amazing how stupid people can be. How old is the universe and our planet,,hummm? Oh yeah,, you wouldnt really know. And for all those who like numbers,, I farted last yr but it was originally formed 2.6 billion yrs ago. If you want to test the dna Ill send you some.

  • 'Energy and matter exploded out of the emptiness' Baaaha! The big bang/evolution theory is so incredibly ridiculous and illogical. But people will believe anything, even a theory as blatantly stupid as this, to not have to believe a god exists.

  • I love learning about the history of the world,or the evolution of mankind.

  • really good job on this video... its easy to read and identify the dates of when happens..

  • @asfa1998 I hope other young learners have faster eyes than mine. It's a really nice short overview and everything but it's hard to read with such a fast video.

  • the place is here and the time is now.

  • Very good video but should make it slower.

  • Wow the cave drawings made me think of all the cave drawings all over the world that look exactly like dinosaurs. Could it be possible that man lived with dinosaurs?

  • Just one question....

"sea people" attack. this I have not heard of in any history book.

  • My AP World History teacher played us this video the other day and I had to come find it on youtube because the piano music is AWESOME (and because I'm a history nerd :D)

  • Do we comment here? this is kim .

  • aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah nerd battles

  • This is a good way to showcase the Novelty Theory.

  • does ANYONE know what song(s) is in this video?

  • my teacher mr .right showed us this 6 grade history 6 period

  • no explosion, gradual expansion

  • yeah is a good history

to a boy with 3/4 years...

  • I just regained faith in humanity.

  • I don´t believe in the Big Bang theory. The only logic evidence for that is that the universe is expanding. But that all materia comes out of a little ball makes no sense. Why not having a Universe full of materia. Expanding or not. Why should it had a beginning or an end. This is the human mind which can´t think in eternal form.

  • Everything in History was good except the rise of Islam.

  • It truly requires more faith to believe the universe came from nothing than it is to believe in God. One thing is certain whatever caused the universe had unlimited energy and it was random or intelligent.

  • There is no scientific theory that proposes there was a time when there was nothing. Take 5 minutes and read the theories you have never read for yourself.

  • this might actually help me in my AP exam :O

  • It's sad how i can't music like that on youtube without going to this video. This makes me feel better about exam day on thursday

  • I want 1500 years of my live back!

  • what an amazing and well put together video. Well done.

  • The world didn't just happened out of nothing because of nothing, did it ?

    pretty confusing right

what about God, the creator of the world ?

Thanks God I believe in God ^^

    ..... :D

  • Proud to be a human.

Thank you for posting this. ^^

  • This is a good idea but you spoiled the video by its speed at the end.

  • um.... who made the nothingness that exploded to start the Universe? Oh yeah.... it must be GOD!

  • Actually there are several responses to that. Classical answer is that time didn't start until after the big bang thus there was no before... But scientists don't like like that, infinity is not a valid answer, it usually means you screwed up the equation. So, you might want to start with the BBC Horizon video from last year..."What happened before the Big Bang"

  • It's quite nice, but it's not particularly useful, is it?

  • What dose anyone really know

  • "History of the World in 7:08 minutes"

  • sounds like Chopin --- who's the music by?

  • i watched this in social studies today.

  • this video is so wonderful! my world studies teacher showed it and i fell in love w/ it immediately. thank you, WHFUA!

  • my history teacher showed me this video on the first day of school and I had to find it.

Mainly because I love the music being played in the background, and I believe it really portrays the history of the earth; however, I really like the video itself and it is very well put together. The timing is very thought provoking and it really puts the length of history into perspective.

  • @GeekyMango same here! I am IN LOVE with this music :)

  • Asserting that there was nothing prior to the Big Bang seems rather illogical on two fronts, as far as I can tell. Firstly in that it can't be demonstrated. Secondly in that energy is constant and can be neither created nor destroyed. Wouldn't it be more logical to deduce that energy and matter have always existed? I would love to see the science behind the concept, "once upon a time there was nothing". We just say that it *all* started with a Big Bang but it's not logical.

  • @Justwannalogon no new matter was created or destroyed. Scientist believe that all the matter in the universe was condensed to a ball about the saize of a ping pong ball. With that extreme pressure which we could never imagined it just blew up. that explosion is what is called the big bang.No matter was created or destroyed.

  • @Justwannalogon i tend to think of the big bang as "a beginning" rather than "the beginning". It seems to me that the universe is an eternal cycle of big bangs and big crunches, with the universe 'resetting' each time. But, what do I know, other than what modern science knows? While we've made a lot of discoveries, there are still plenty more out there.

  • @Justwannalogon it is simple. The sum of all energy and mass converted in energy in the universe is zero.

  • @Justwannalogon At your first point: there are many common theories that cannot be demonstrated, using this one as a reason to deny it is somewhat illogical.

At 2nd point: Yes, energy is constant. Who said it wasn't? The big bang was not an explosion of nothing, it was an explosion of all the matter that currently exists, paced densely and held together by all of the forces known (ie. gravity, electromagnetism, ect.) And please tell me your explanation for why the universe is expanding.

  • @Justwannalogon (smile) ...how do you feel about the "Theory" of relativity?

  • @Justwannalogon The concept of "beginning," like "time," is essentially a human construct. It's hard to wrap our minds around because nearly everything we know can be defined by its age, but is it possible that the universe just is and always has been?

  • @Justwannalogon That's the best explanation there is today, it may or not have flaws but if it's the generally accepted that probably means it is the less flawed.. And it does not exactly prohibit time before it if you accept things like other universes (which plays a bit with the meaning of the word universe (being everything or part)).

  • @Justwannalogon Also it's possible to have something out of nothing. Search in youtube: "A Universe From Nothing' by Lawrence Krauss, AAI 2009 "

I don't yet have the tools to understand what he said completely. But if you deny the Big Bang theory due to it not conversing energy. In this guy's version of the story, it does because the total energy of the universe remains 0.

I guess space would have to be there prior to the BB,so space is eternal? Even though I need to understand space better too.

  • I use this as a way to introduce history to my high school freshman. I like that it makes them feel a little overwhelmed. I tell them that is how I feel when I think about all the material we are supposed to cover this semester.

  • @mrsrobinsonccmc Haha that's cool, my teacher showed us this video on the first day of my freshman year, and I just remembered to ask her what the title of it was because I absolutely love the music!

  • I love it! It would be a great way to start my freshman college class this fall...
