  • He is always puts the same ingredients in every recipe and food ends up looking like vomit and taste the same :S Whats so exciting about everything tasting the same?

  • @laskovaiakoshechka You my friend, are an idiot. He specializes in South Indian food which is predominantly based on the same spices. You know how mexican food uses the same base? (tortilla, taco, burrito) And it does not look like vomit. You should not be so small minded, this food is really delicious.

  • I love this dish! in my family we call it pachi chaaru and its especially awsome on hot summer days...however we add jaggery instead of sugar!

  • I like your recipres. But please don't use the same spoon for taste the food and put it back into the main food.after see this I decided to don't eat in hotels.

  • @sunsunb49 then better stopp eating u dont knot know nything then behind doors story..........

  • Vahchef, you are five-star trained. You should not lick your spoon and put it back into the main bowl that others may eat from.

  • @vallathn You are a nit picking pest.

  • @ArgoSG

I know, I am nit-picky. I cannot enjoy street food because of that :-(

  • @vallathn You are actually right. He shouldn't do that in a video!

  • but how can you use the same spoon for tasting and serving that rasam to your staff.but i like the way u cook and goes good.

    ratna nalam

  • hai sanjay your way of cooking is excellent .iam newly married n ur cooking helped me alot

  • Believe me.. This Pachi pulusu goes very well with Poori's too.. (i mean those small poori's used in pani poori. I used this Pachi pulusu soup instead of the origianl "pani". Eureka !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it tasted fantastic !!!!

  • We add Garlic too...

  • Your recipes increase my appettite...

  • When you do tempering i.e., adding jeera, mustard seeds, red chillies etc., in oil you forgot to add garlic.

Garlic brings good taste and strong flavor.

  • yes....i definitely agree with u.garlic enhances the flavour of pachi pulusu & i always add crushed garlic to my pachi pulusu

  • Hi Sanjay this was good. But actually has u said, it was a farmers dish and it is prepared with mixture of raw indignant and without fire. so ,it was called as pachi pulusu i.e the chills were chopped tiny and were mixed without heating them and they donot use the oil also in it.

The name itself says raw pulusu ( pachi means raw).

It is good with dal rice

  • sanjay

very nice to see your preparation . without going anywhere i can learn cooking &try it . wounderful...................

  • sanjay...u rock man. amazing!!

  • Great!!!!

  • hai sanjay, great job, instead of sesmee seeds powder, we add dry roasted urad dal(minapa pappu in telugu)powder, also we add a bit of methi seeds in tempering, try this one

  • I love it when he adds the seeds to the hot oil. The seeds start spreading quickly. It looks cools.

  • Love your recipes - another hint for handling hot chiles, you can put small plastic baggies over your hands to protect them while crushing the chiles.

  • wow...it brings back so many memories of my childhood...my mom adds little jaggery to this...thank you chef...

  • @yoursnilu he added sugar instead of jaggery but i agree! jaggery tastes best!

  • Very good!

  • Very nice ... thanks for this dish, Chef. Especially my granma prepares this for Upavasam days. Roasting chillies is new to me

  • I went to an indian buffet and they still had lunch/breakfast out. What's that potato spread stuff called? it's yellow and I put it on a flat bread. YUMMY STUFF!

  • it must be a dosa with potato side ur talking abt

  • i like the huge...fork in the background

  • 3:01 - 3:09 :) lol!!!!

  • I really enjoy the little skit you do like singing/dancing or showing funny activities like what you did in Love

potion or saying POTENT /POTENT etc. do you share the food u cooked with someone else or u eat it alone?we want to see more of you.

hope you understood what I am saying and looking forward to watch your funny comedy episode with all your acting etc.

also if possible show your camera crew too

  • vahchef,my 2 cents after watching all ur videos. Along with your culinary skills, we very much enjoy your acting and presentation skills.

so, can you do some special episodes on what preparations you do before filming the video like deciding on recipe, grocery shopping etc and what exactly

you do after the recipe is cooked
