The MS update is infamous for being flaky to download and install. Try deleting save data (take a backup first) and game data if partially downloaded. Sometimes it downloads, other times it just is a pain.

Are you from the EU region? If so I have heard that they have shut down the online servers. You'd be better off looking for answers in the official MotorStorm forums.

willy, you know the YLOD fix right?? There;s a fantastic youtube video that exists here, will cost you about $10USD + 90mins of your time.....I've used it twice (thumbs up)!

Thanks OK and eBud, I've been looking at the videos and it doesn't look too difficult ... I've had to order the Thermal compound as I couldn't find it anywhere round here lol. Now just need to get a heat gun and I'm set, or I might put it in the oven!! I've seen people who have and it fixed it! haha. Out of interest OK, how long did the fix last considering you've done it twice? Think I'm just going to back up quickly (and get my game out) when it's fixed then trade it in for a slim.

0kay is right willy. Few Youtube videos exist of how to fix it. Just some soldering knowledge is required. If you are familiar with it, quite easy really. Either way, hope you fix it soon :) Thanks again!

ebud, this video is fantastic haha ... I've always wanted to be in one of your videos, because the quality is immense haha ... nice job ... perhaps I'm not back in "full" form yet, however ... when taking the bottom route in our little duel at the end there, I ramped my left wheels up a plank resting on a barrel and went sky high :( It would have been so much cooler to see how close it would have been, had I not done that ... but you deserved the great win, you were always near the front. 5-star

About the run, I did suspect some minor error on your part. All too familiar with that hazard. We all have run into that I am sure. haha. Ideally it would have shown the elimination timer on my screen and perhaps a last minute squeeze by either of us. DD C/U ON :)

I was able to play this game and he even bought me the DLC ... which is why I am driving the insanely cool looking Jester Super BXR with the Red Samurai livery from the DLC package ... I think it looks hot, plus it avoids making the race: "Death by Wombat Typhoon" haha. Bradyn, Chrissy loves you -proud- (L)

One of my favourite MS1 videos already haha!!! I laughed when Axe casually glitched across the jump haha, cheeky little move, but he probably lost more time than gained :P

I got some classic passes in here:

2:33 = I was sure there was just enough room to squeeze a Buggy in there. ;)

3:40 = I managed to save some boost and tried to jump "over" tiky haha!

3:50 = Tony is a legend. XD

4:23 = My favourite, I was in 5th position, boosted like crazy to the left of that corner and bounced into 1st!

No doubt it was awesome. Sorry for the bad "Wanted" reference in the "more info" section! LOL. I can speak for probably everyone and they all probably enjoyed this room in more than forever and for some like me, first time ever. Cirrus is truly amazing too! His first race in Devils Crossing after > 1 year, he beat right at the end when I made a blunder hehe. I hope we have greater times ahead.

Also Cirrus probably made a slight error at the end there. Otherwise that strategy isn't necessarily that bad, especially not for Cirrus. Watch Tony overtaking me, tiky and Cirrus with that same strategy ealier! Of course at that time he got more boost because
