I didn't lstened the whole video but the best way to find ram is to look in your motherboard's manual for the QVL (qualified vendors list) which shows you which modules the mobo manufacturer has tested and confirmed to be 100% compatible. If you do this in case there is problem (system hang ups, BSODS etc caused by bad ram) your vendor can't claim that you chose a DIMM that is not compatible with your mobo.
thanks, you can down load speccy all so, speccy is a free progam that will tell you what kind of ram you have and the speed and clocks to, and you can see your mobo and cpu and graphic card manufacture. try it out it works killer.
Kingston rams are good but you've to check the chipset configuration as well... If Kingston ram comes with kingston chipset then its the best reliable ram you can bank upon....
Patriot, G-Skill, Geil, Mushkin, Corsair, Crucial, are all awesome ram companies, Kingston is way overpriced for what you get imo. OCZ no longer makes RAM.
Everyone these are just my opinions. remember that. you may like a another company's ram too. everyone has there own opinions. Everyone Is Entitled To Their Own Opinion. including me.
OCZ Ram is absolute garbage, it usually doesn't work right, quite frequently doesn't work at all, and in the rare event it works as its supposed to, it goes bad pretty quickly.
Crucial, Kingston, Patriot, Corsair and G-Skill are all good brands. Buy whatever is the best buy for the money among these brands.
what about AMD Ram?
