Ok I would like to see both teams play each other in a bowl game. Bcs bowl game. I don't totally hate the bcs I think people go overboard but sometimes I like to see all three teams in bowl games this year. The 3rd team I I'm talking about is the Aggies of USU I like what they stand for the usu program has been struggling for a long time so I give coach Anderson credit for playing Auburn. Win or lose happy for them.

@twotwentyswift, Overrated league? Almost every year, the Pac 10 finishes the season rated as one of the top 3 college football conferences in the nation. Oregon went to the national championship game last season and barely lost to Auburn. Oregon and Stanford both finished the season ranked in the top 5. USC has a very good football history and program. The Pac 10 has great teams every year. You should cheer for both the Pac 10 and the MWC.......they both deserve more national respect.

The main reason why they chose to go to the Pac 10 is because it will give the Utes a lot more national respect in football and will give them a much better chance to go to the Rose Bowl or the national championship. And Utah has proved it in the BCS era that they're good enough to belong in a BCS conference. BTW the Utes could have success even without a byu coach.

I classify them as sub-par because, compared to the other teams in the league at that time (looking at old videos, stats, who got into and did well in the NFL, and based on personal accounts of people who saw those games and remember them well), they were sub-par.
Again, BYU got a perfect record, an amazing feat by all means, but to put that against the U in a manner like elpotopeludo did was disingenuous at best.

Ok I would like to see both teams play each other in a bowl game. Bcs bowl game. I don't totally hate the bcs I think people go overboard but sometimes I like to see all three teams in bowl games this year. The 3rd team I I'm talking about is the Aggies of USU I like what they stand for the usu program has been struggling for a long time so I give coach Anderson credit for playing Auburn. Win or lose happy for them.

Funny thing about BYU; their current coach was their second choice. Whittingham was BYU's first choice but he clearly chose the school with the most class. And another thing: how could Ute fans have thrown beer at him and his family if they don't sell or allow alcohol at either the University of Utah's or BYU's stadiums? @twotwentyswift, Overrated league? Almost every year, the Pac 10 finishes the season rated as one of the top 3 college football conferences in the nation. Oregon went to the national championship game last season and barely lost to Auburn. Oregon and Stanford both finished the season ranked in the top 5. USC has a very good football history and program. The Pac 10 has great teams every year. You should cheer for both the Pac 10 and the MWC.......they both deserve more national respect.

The main reason why they chose to go to the Pac 10 is because it will give the Utes a lot more national respect in football and will give them a much better chance to go to the Rose Bowl or the national championship. And Utah has proved it in the BCS era that they're good enough to belong in a BCS conference. BTW the Utes could have success even without a byu coach.

I like Utah as a team, I like Max as a player. Max fired up his team against the Saints.
