The USA is in decline but it will take a long time even of this present decline for us to stop being one. So there will be a sort of delicate situation with two great powers again. If Europe can stabilize its current crisis, and consolidate the eurozone with a unified credit market, then Europe could become a third superpower. They're on the cusp. Might be better to have only two tho...
