@1RonnieRockstar1 No, when Buffy died, it got Kendra called. When Xander brought Buffy back to life, it didn't take Kendra's power away, so there were 2 slayers. Buffy cannot get another slayer called because she already did get a slayer called. The only way (exclude s7) for another slayer to be called is for Faith to die.
One problem though. The kiss at 1:00 doesn't happen until the season after her death in the episode "once more with feeling". This happening is why she kisses him in the first place.
No he doesn't. Buffy dies in season 5. Season 5 was supposed to be the end of the series, but the show was signed on for another two years. Spike dies at the end of season 7, which concludes the series. : )

Buffy spent almost the entirety of Season 6 completely broken so bringing her back didn't kill the tension of the serious it increased it dramatically - I know I spent the whole of season 6 wondering if Buffy would ever be the same again. Although, I will agree with you that Season 5 was by far the best of all 7.

However tension did suffer from this, because you know, that when she dies next time, they just bring her back. And I feel that most of seson 6 was just contrived: depression story arc exist only to get Buffy and Spike together, also you can resurrect Buffy's mom, but you can bring Tara back? But I love resurrection of Buffy - creepy!
@1701EarlGrey I think the reason Dawn could bring Mrs Summers back is because she reanimated her corpse, rather than bringing back her spirit. When Osiris wont let Willow bring Tara back, it's because W wants all of her - she'd never settle for a zombie (and neither did Dawn, which I guess is why she tore the photo of Joyce). I see your point about the tension but I don't reckon they'd be able to do it more than once - the PTB would never let them. And you're right her resurrection is SO creepy!
@aaronflameboy Yeh, Zombie explanation make sense! and I'm still not sure about bringing back Buffy second time - I don't count first time, because if they can resuscitate her, then she was not really dead - , but if world would end in seson 7, I suppose she will die with rest of the world, and there will be no coming beck this time! ;) It's quite clever way to insert some tension into the story. :)

Season 6 wasn't great. Spike made season 7 though. The individual episodes were alright...but there were at least 10-15 scenes in the season that were probably the best in all seven seasons...all of which Spike was in, that made that season worth watching.

Yea, I agree. It was Buffy and Spike against everybody that year. I didn't like the potentials...especially Kennedy. She boiled my blood. There was episode where Buffy went through a portal and in return a demon was sent through the portal as a trade..and the demon throws Spike through the ceiling. Later on Spike says "the demons mine". Kennedy responds with sarcastic air quotes "Sorry to say 'big bad' but you look like you can barely stand. we're trained. the only thing we know about..continued
demon is that it kicked your ass". I couldn't help thinking. Do they want us to think this little girl is stupid because she thinks she and that band of useless 15 year olds can take that demon and is more powerful and a better fighter than Spike or do they want us to believe that she can actually ake that demon, in which case I would lose respect for the show? What a useless character.
I was annoyed with the character the first night when she told Willow "and don't hog the covers" or something like that. At that point I knew that she was going to be the Potential of the Potential if that makes sense, the lead potential. What i couldn't help thinking at the time though was that they were giving her a backstory to give her a show after Buffy ended, they were just introducing the character...which would have been wrong...it should have been all about the end of Buffy.

no it should have ended after season 4 in my opinion season 5 thru 7 totally sucked. it lost its cool. no oz no cordy, the bronze wasnt as cool any more. dawn being such an awful character. no more cool bands. and season 1-4 was more relatable alot of the stuff in 5-7 was really farfetched and I thought the Spuffy relationship was ridiculous

@aaronflameboy Yeh, Zombie explanation make sense! and I'm still not sure about bringing back Buffy second time - I don't count first time, because if they can resuscitate her, then she was not really dead - , but if world would end in seson 7, I suppose she will die with rest of the world, and there will be no coming beck this time! ;) It's quite clever way to insert some tension into the story. :)

Omg are you kidding me LBF522 "many fans" well I'm sure not one of those!!! Those last seasons rocked! Maybe they weren't the strongest but still and Spike was amazing in seven. Spike and Buffy were so great.

Well, not to spoil it for you...but there were 7 seasons, and this video was the ending of season 5...so infer what you will. If you don't want to wait for seasons 2 and 3, those are on Hulu. Welcome to Buffyverse. Enjoy the show.

Season 6 wasn't great. Spike made season 7 though. The individual episodes were alright...but there were at least 10-15 scenes in the season that were probably the best in all seven seasons...all of which Spike was in, that made that season worth watching.

yeah thats really what kept me watching season 7 and also everyone was mean to buffy in that season. that was not good. But the ubervamp was also cool

Yea, I agree. It was Buffy and Spike against everybody that year. I didn't like the potentials...especially Kennedy. She boiled my blood. There was episode where Buffy went through a portal and in return a demon was sent through the portal as a trade..and the demon throws Spike through the ceiling. Later on Spike says "the demons mine". Kennedy responds with sarcastic air quotes "Sorry to say 'big bad' but you look like you can barely stand. we're trained. the only thing we know about..continued

Do they want us to think this little girl is stupid because she thinks she and that band of useless 15 year olds can take that demon and is more powerful and a better fighter than Spike or do they want us to believe that she can actually ake that demon, in which case I would lose respect for the show? What a useless character.

I was annoyed with the character the first night when she told Willow "and don't hog the covers" or something like that. At that point I knew that she was going to be the Potential of the Potential if that makes sense, the lead potential. What i couldn't help thinking at the time though was that they were giving her a backstory to give her a show after Buffy ended, they were just introducing the character...which would have been wrong...it should have been all about the end of Buffy.

@LBF522 yeah they almost ended it there, but no fans wanted it to end, only a real fan wanted it to continue and if they wanted it to end on buffy diying then they were prob not a fan at all. if they had left it on buffy dying i might have died mys;ef, luckily I knew there was another season and watched the first episode of seson 6 stat!!!!

no it should have ended after season 4 in my opinion season 5 thru 7 totally sucked. it lost its cool. no oz no cordy, the bronze wasnt as cool any more. dawn being such an awful character. no more cool bands. and season 1-4 was more relatable alot of the stuff in 5-7 was really farfetched and I thought the Spuffy relationship was ridiculous
