  • Im christian but i love the concept of wicca. i hate the fact that the mojority of christians are so against wicca and think its bad... when i personally think its beautiful. my cousin is wiccan and im the only one in the family that knows, because shes afraid of what they would say... and i told her i thought it was awsome and i back her up 150%

  • @cathy232 I think one thing that doesn't help is that a lot of Wiccans say rude things and make rude jokes about Christians, just because they've had a few bad experiences. Hypocrisy.

  • Pagans face much discrimination and persecution.

  • I Lucked out. with in the few months that i started the pagan path ( i was never in the broom closet- way to loud and open to ever really hide from anyone.) One of my best friends also decided to take the path, so i didn't go alone. We might not always agree but a least i wasn't alone.

  • I'm so glad that in New York there isn't much descrimination

  • The Girl has some Amazing Tits

  • I actually respect other people's religion, if someone goes off on another religion mostly trying to convert everyone, I will just say something like "hey, ppl have different beliefs. I understand when you ask ppl at least once to at try out the religion your talking about, if they say no dont nag at them till they convert, it is one thing to ask but converting someone is basicly having someone change their belief by force, please dont do it. it is wrong" it might start a fight but im civilized.

  • I was interested in WICCA for a while, hurt by the Church. I forgave and left MOST of my pagan ways as man-made and ultimately unfulfilling

  • Something tells me if he looked like Brad Pitt he wouldn't be pagan !!! Odd how that works

  • Im still trying to find my path in paganism, its so difficult to find my way...

  • Comment removed

  • well put. so true.

  • @mefondlevagina Naw, Earthbound religions have things backing them. So many people have seen ghosts and demons and have had supernatural activity happen to them. Exsplain all that in your *Scientific* way please :3

  • @blizzaria3000

The mind can see anything it wants to. Don't make science your enemy.

  • @FireEmblemMaster28 I hate to break it to you but. Science is an art of magic. Bending energies to what you see fit.

  • I'm still in the broom closet about being a pagan, only my mom, aunt, and sister know. I'm too scared to tell anyone else

  • im wiccan and im in it for every thing of it

  • I'M an American Wiccan and i'm sure as hell not fat you douche bag.

  • At school my friends have been pretty understanding. Some have been quite interested and others have just not been interested in religion in general. The teachers tend to avoid all conversations about religion, except for the odd few.

    x

  • I am glad my mom was so open minded about my religion choice she just asked a few questions to understand things. My father on the other hand there is no way I tried to tell him in a sneaky way like I know a few wiccas and the first word out of his mouth was that is devil worship it was a I won't listen even if its the truth I have made up my mind kind of thing. Another reason they divorced

  • i'm not fat XD

    lmao.

    x

  • why is every wiccan teen fat?

  • I'm certainly not fat and I'm wiccan, THANKS!

  • @SadieXKei I'm a size four - six so I shouldn't be fat lmao :L

  • yea im not fat either. thanks so much for the ignorance

  • *correction* Why is every AMERICAN wiccan teen fat?

  • they don't need to be wiccan or a teen

if there American, there likely to be fat

    fact

    its statistics

  • dons voice is so sexual

  • K folks let people believe in what they want to believe. You guys are too judgemental.

  • Were not going backwards, we believe in what we believe, and if you wish to be born in 500 years than that's great, please don't knock off our religion at least with out reseaching it, and if you have, please don't put us down, were not saying that your belief is wrong, please do the same for us.

  • I'm not knocking you off. I'm just saying all religions are delusional and based on mythology. About my belief - I really don't like word "to believe". Believing in something is supporting some theory forced on you by other people. Don't believe, think.

    All the best.

  • i don't think thats the case

people have always been stupid and i think that there will always be some humans some where who believe in a sky bully of one name or another

  • i live in hoopeston! :)

  • so sorry to hear that

  • y u sorry, we dnt even have them witch ppl here anymore they left.[:

  • I don't know why.....but the younger man in this video seems very pompous to me. That bothers me. the young woman seemed to have a lot of class.

    maybe its just me

  • I think the teen guy is more interesting lol. We have opposite tastes.

  • class should'nt really matter

  • Actually we don't believe that Satan exists that is a Christian idea.

  • evilmario33 Did you have a Christmas tree in your house for the holidays? Then you are practicing a Pagan ritual. Have a nice day!

  • So since you love material things and you live with a bunch of meth addicts I'm not surprised that you have on heterosexual/gay jeans on that you think are expensive looking, but make you look even more homosexual than you even choose to be.

  • On the whole, this was a great example for young people to watch and learn. However, not to be rude, but the fluffy bunny reference is incorrect. A fluffy bunny is by definition an individual from the 80's who did crack and practiced paganism from a strange stand point. I really hope that this term gets straightened out some day. Fluffy bunny practicing is not called misunderstanding practicing. Now that I've said that, I would like to say that I enjoyed how articulated this young lady was.

  • See, it's internet trolls like you that give a large number of people a bad name evilmario33. I suggest that you try to resist the urge to post another unintelligent message, as they are not welcome or encouraged in this thread.

  • but why? it was so funny!

  • for evilmario33

well, if you think "stay away from Pagans". Id hate to pop your bubble but everyone talks to pagans every now and then and some Christians have interest in Pagans and they dont mind pagans plus schools help kids make potions(Math/ Science), ritual foods, and spells. and how I know is that I have a Pagan cook book and a book called "Solitary witch" that teaches you about Paganism and teaches you how to do spells and tells you in a way that Pagans/Wiccans DON'T worship the Devil

  • HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA

    that was good

  • Interesting. I didnt know that. What shall I call those people who are milking this religion to be cool?

  • also pagan, most people are pagan

the definition of pagan is very open

it includes more then it excludes. not a very useful word

  • Two of my friends did a project on Wicca for Religious education class. The teacher read it and said it was excellent work but refused to grade it :( because we went to a Catholic school.

  • I came out of the broom closet in my spanish class. My teacher i told months ago, she is jewish but is interested in me, she brags about me. I have casted spells for her, because she is nice. But on Halloween i told the whole class cause it kinda slipped out from my teacher. ALL the christians freaked.

  • Someone needs to cast a better sound quality spell on this vid.

  • i have gotten the witch broomstick comment

  • I only have a problem with people who say if your pagan you worship satan, that is utter crap.

  • just cos your a pagan why you gotta dress the same?

  • for all those teens out there Be brave and strong...

    Don't hate but love....

    thank you and bright blessings

  • damn that chick is lucious!

  • damn, what a jarble; I should really pay attention to what I write. Thanks for the post.

  • My bad, the show was in the summer of 2002. I love how superior christians think they are to wiccans. "You know, they actually believe in spells and magic." Well wtf do you believe. You believe that god sent his son to die for our sins, and that there's this thing called original sin. And you believe that if you believe in that if u believe in all that stuff, your ghost will go to heaven to party with god forever and ever. That seems pretty damn wacky to me.

  • Anybody that believes in a spirit is just messed up. It doesn't matter what label you go by. THe efficacy of magic and BS doesn't compare to science.

  • Well, I don't think they're messed up necessarily. They're just deluded. If all people who believed in spirits were messed up, society wouldn't function just for the mere fact that there's so many who believe. My point's about how judgmental people can be for essentially believing something that's at least just as unprovable and irrational as the belief systems they're judging. Casting spells is a lot like praying in my book, but arrogant people like to think otherwise.

  • I see no difference between praying and casting spells. There are both equally unfounded in their claims of efficacy in my opinion.

  • i find it harder to believe in alot of science then i would to believe in santa lol.

  • They say you gotta be saved in order to to heaven! Well, the way I see it, you only gotta be yourself to go to hell!

  • damn, this is like one of the only things from hoopeston. Someone should post that bad ass show that Dope played at the civic center back in 2003. Wow Wicans... I knew they had neo-nazis but not pagans. That town trips me the fuck out.

  • hi again i'm srry but i ran out of space and forgot 2 ask for advise that's y i said PM me kk.

  • uummmm i;m pagen but my parents don't know it yet,i know it's time to tell them but in a way i'm afraid because of the fact that all of entire family is christan,my dad is strong headed, and my mom is hard to explain stuff to because her responces include why every time the main reason thow is i don't think they'll understand and i'd be excluding my self form the family evan more and sending my family into a chaotic moment that gets me sent away for ever, please PM me. blessed be.

  • its scary how much this resembles my own family

  • do u have any advise or at least some ice breakers 2 help tell them?

  • i was pulled straight out of the broom closet in the bible belt. BUT im happier for it, so i would advise telling them

  • Pagans have been correct all along!! the entire bible is based on pagan beliefs and charts. people beleive pagans are evil because the people seen the similarity and one of the founders of christianity blantantly called them devils, even though it was stolen from ancient paganism. google zeitgeist and watch the video, the introduction is long but it gets into the myth of religion about 10 min in. It is the best and most important documentary ever made

  • Her hair is so Pretty =)

  • Yes we are manipulated into believing what we want to and not what we are told to. What fools we are!!

  • you have identified 1 aspect of the issues with wicca and paganism, lack of a core thesis or central doctrine, its good that you decide to think for your self, its not so good that you bond together with a bunch of people who all belie different things and call it all wicca

this means you are not a religion, but simply what ever bullshit stupid hippies come up with at the time

  • Actually 'Wicca' does have a specific central code of conduct and set of rituals and initiations. It IS a recognised religion in its own right.

However most people not familiar with such belief systems will band all forms of paganism using Witchcraft under the banner of 'Wicca' even though they many not share ANY of the same beliefs.

Also not all Pagans are hippies and not all hippies are Pagans .... peace

  • What a joke! Just by looking at these people you can tell they are only pagans because they are trying to be different and rebel against others who haven't included them. The joke is that they have allowed other people to dictate what religion to belong to simply by not welcoming them with open arms into their own religions. These pagans pretend to be independent and self-thinkers but it is clear they are some of the most easily manipulated people in society.

  • ive been kicked out of a house because i am pagan, and ive been called a devil child and a satan worshiper for two years because people dont understand paganism

  • you were kicked out because your a moron

if you keep your mouth shut you could prolobly still live with what im asuming is your parents house

  • do u find it impowering to pick on peoples choices in life, its not like i went around screaming i am a pagan. in my eyes im not the moron, you are

  • oddly it is fun, not empowinr, but fun to make fun of peoples dumb decigions. that whole consept of empowerment is the kind of stuff you coumd up with, most notable: magick

you have no autority in the real world, so you make up a new one with different rules where you are the boss: magick

now if you would like to call me a moron, thats ok, but you have no idea who i am what so ever, where as i know that you decided to let your self get kicked out of your parents house for paganisim

  • it wasnt my parents house, they are pagans! and i mean why do u even care about others choices. i mean its not like pagans are ruining ur life and hurting u, so why r u so aginst us?

  • because its dumb, and most every pagan i know seems intelegent, many, not you i guess, but many escaped from being in a opresive cristian famaly, they figured out how all of cristanitity is bull crap and decided to go a totaly different direction, unfortnatualy they choose paganism which frees them more so then when they were cristian, but still slaves to gods, still plaged by the vrius of faith, but above all, because its the easyst to convert. force them to examan magick, all can see its bull

  • w.e. hav fun in ur delusions, but id rather see the hope in faith, than have noone to look up to. so merry meet and merry part, blessed be and i hope u have a great life!!

  • i'm delusional? this comming from the person who belives in something without any eveidance?

if you would like to end a discussion, thats one thing, but not if your going to take a shot at me as you leave

  • okay, im sorry. you have ur beliefs i have mine. i may not see ur reasonings but i respect them. blessed be

  • Great to call other people morons when you can't spell or punctuate your posts properly...

  • magick is not real, get over it, you have no special power

don't belive me? test it, in any way that can not be attributed to other things

if you want power in this world, study qi, thats the power that comes from within you, its what martial artists use to break bricks over there heads, but you can't change nature by meditation

  • shut up

  • get over it, its fake.

you will not change the world my meditating

sitting in a circle can not call the power of any sprits

the pentagram is a nice little drawing but holds no power, magick is not real, it can not be tested, it can not be repeated, any thing you think may have been magick could have happend anyway. magick is not real, your wasting your time on it

  • you wont change the world with chi either lol. not to mention it, in essense, is the same as magic.

  • chi? as in qi from kung fu? qi is the means energy, if magic is energy then say energy, if people believe that magic/magick is different from energy then the what you just said is misleading

  • chi/ki/qi however you wish to spell it. qi is vital energy, used in qi gong, tai chi, reiki. Magic in the form of spells for instance, drawing a circle, uses chi, drawn from the body, extended through a ritual tool, to form the circle. I think, you assume, magic and spells are like, bolts of lightning and levitation, when spells are assertive prayers wich someone does a ritual in order to have them happen, rather then pray and ask for them to happen, spells are prayers.

  • prayer is bullshit

    magic is bullshit

qi is translated as energy but in reality it is just focus, nothing magical by any connotation or any definition

qi is from shaolin kung fu, they use there qi or focus to harden there skin and use the full force of there muscles to break bricks and thick wooden staffs

qi can not travel through inanimate objects nor can it be transferred from one person to another and least of all it can't be put in an object like you would charge a battery its all bullshit

  • chi is energy, magic is energy, if magic is bullshit, chi is bullshit, shaolin monks are buddhist correct? then their technicly pagan, chic an be transfered through objects, and people, thats how the monks interact with the objects they break, or withstand strikes from. You sir, are a small minded individual, and i truly pity you, may the Gods bless you with knowledge.

  • ah yes, now your learning animosity, good good, give your self to the dark side!

no Buddhist monk believes he can summon spirits from sitting in a circle, that you can invoke the power of watch towers for luck or anything else

qi is real, direct, instant, and (this is the part you won't like) scientific! qi energy has been tracked with heat sensors and thermal cameras, we don't know what or why but we do know it is there, the same can not be said for magick

"pagan" = bs, check my vid on this

  • energy is energy, call it what you want, i could realy care less, the only person your beliefs effect is yourself.

  • Ignorant Bliss and Closemindedness is your specialty. Good luck without luck, without faith, with your negetive unhappiness.

  • @eventheinnocent How, might I ask would you know? Magick is very real. there is energy all around you, magick just uses this already existing and natural energy to create change. (that is in fact the very definition of magick) Might I also ask, Why did you click on a video about paganism if you don't believe it?

  • you have apoint lol bb

  • Ok heres the story

I was sitting in my religion class (yes catholic school) listening to my teacher talk about catholocism. Then over the announcements, they called all those where catholic to go down to the chapel to sign up for confirmation. (yes iam a catholic) Well good ol' me just stood still in my seat and kinda slumped down in my chair so no one would see me (everyone knew i was catholic).

  • kellymercy930 it is extremely hard for people to understand...i havent told my parents yet and i am being confirmed right now as a catholic but it really is meaningless to me but my parents dont understand that i dont want to do it but i cant give them a good reason w/o telling them about me so i totally understand where you are coming from.

    blessed be!

  • I started being wiccan when i was 15 about 5 months ago. People definantly dont like it at my school. They really dont understand it and they think im going to cast spells on them. I bummed that people are so judgemental. I love being wicca. Its so natural.

  • same as kellymercy930. have you told your family members yet?

  • Yeah they know, now they dont really care but before they were the same way. I guess i have to inform people about what it is and spread the word. Its a really tough religion to explain, well atleast i think so.

  • Hello, Im a solitary wiccan .I do agree its very important to read alot..but i grew up finding more info on the internet and spent lot time reading from it. I do agree with what she said some are fluff bunny's who arn't understanding an bring ignorance towards the craft. But i also believe some get into the spells at first but have a way of progressing from it...deepening their understanding. I myself can say I practice wicca cause the beliefs..that im very much attuned to.

    Blessed Be

    Araidne~*

  • I remember telling my mom that I was pagan. She is catholic and when I was 15 I told her i wasnt caltholic. It wasnt until i was 22 that I told her i was pagan. SHe had a fit and told me "no thats not true you are catholic." but she is finaly accepting it. it took her almost 10 years to accept it.

  • yeh jiz u know it all (NOT!) make sure your own life is perfect before judging others and may your kama come quick so u can learn from your ignorance.

  • people are pagan because they are not satisfied by sitting in a church and being told what to be.

  • Do you have any idea how backwards that is? Do you even know what a pagan is and what paganism has to do with the history of the church? Never say rubbish like that again 'ghetto'!

  • and not smart or brave enough to think for them selves.

you don't need a god or gods male of female watching over you, just live your life free from there haunting

  • Most Covens don't alow you to join unless you are over 18. I can see why...Grow up!

  • Hmmm... I personally dislike the guys comment "It is a religion of purity" or something like that, because no religion is pure, all have flaws... a true practitioner knows and accepts it.

  • Not once in this whole clip do they define the term "Pagan". She mentions Wicca, am I to take that as being equivalent to "pagan"?

  • Okay. Here's how it works.

    All Wiccans are Pagan

    Not all Pagans are Wiccan

Pagans are any non abrahamic religion. They're talking about the more witchcraft oriented Pagan religions which are many many religions not just Wicca. I think they're taking Pagan as a more nature oriented Wicca.

  • Fuck you Jizedi,Being Neopagan is an amazing thing. And Ignorant people choose to beleive that it is a religion where only outcasts join, Thats not true. I am only 13 and alotta people cant Accept that I`m pagan, Just cause their ignorant and its their problem.Well fuck all them, And fuck people like you. And also, Pagans dont fucking dress more Different than any other religions, I mean, We dont go around in fucking Robes or "gothic" clothes. Fuckyou cunt.

  • The only reason anyone is Pagan is they think it's cool to rebel and dress like gothic freaks and be retarded. But it's not cool. Fuckin' emo rejects.

  • Actually the reason many choose to be Pagan (NeoPagan is the correct term)is because it matches them. Not everyone has the same likes or the same wants in a religion.

  • O.O err, no. I liked its focus on nature, the duality of deity, and its view of the afterlife. And I'm faaaar away from being emo, goth, or concerned with being 'cool'. I dress like anyone else. Jeans and a T. :)

  • about your comment on paganism, i am a pagan, i hapen to dissagre with people that chose to be 'emo'. i ware normal cloths, I speek like a normal person. my relgion is MY choice and i chose to worship an ancient religion (norse). Jizedi, you need to open your eyes. not every one that is Pagan casts 'Spells' nore are all of them tree hugging hippes, as I have been called on more than one ocation.

  • Exactley right! dead on... Pagans take many paths and are do not all share the same beleives or deitys

  • Not all pagans are goth.

I'm pretty sure if you'd ever met me, you wouldn't be able to guess that I was pagan, with the stereotypes you seem to have about us.

You have a very primitive thinking process, you should work on practicing some religious tolerance.

  • yeah and canadians live in igloo's, and all americans are inbred. yay for random steriotypes :D

  • Enter into love and peace...turn within the circle to defeat the infant mind of bigotry and self-maleforcorum...perhaps those who speak so loudly do so to drown out their own voices...come together as one people and watch how we can move mountians

  • hahahahahahaahhaa the witch school left Hoopeston!!!!

  • Evrey one who posted here, is an asshole. So hes fat, so is the rest of America. He's gay, whatever. Does it really matter. Who cares who does what. All you nay-sayers sitting at home typing angerily on your computers thinking that your comments are going to some how change these two kids faiths and beliefs is ridiculous and immature. Grow up!

  • Ditto

  • Totally agree. Rcok on!

  • I remember how awkward it was to be openly pagan in school...some 13 years ago. The majority of art classes I wanted to take were taught by a born-again teacher, who ran the Christian fellowship group at school. He was definitely, though subtlely, hostile toward my pagan-ness, though I did have two wonderful teachers, a Unitarian (Library Science) and a Taoist (Journalism), who were very supportive of my study...

  • Wow...every time i think i've witnessed stupidity, I go and read comments like the one on this video.

Big fat gay people saying they are shamans. Other people blaming his weight on american society.Lots of excuses, but no answers.

  • if one is truly enlightened, he does not destroy his body with big macs, chased down with pepsi and semen. i met the dali llama in israel in the 90's and the man was lean and strong, forgoing the skytram to HIKE up the trail to Masada in the summertime judean desert. and as far as embracing homosexuality to "enlighten", that's about the most amercian excusistentialist blather i've ever seen on this site. you should try punching yourself in the face.

  • His weight has no relevance to do with the spiritual path he has chosen for all you dick(s), and to whoever claimed he would be the village sandal cleaner back in the ancient times- he probably wouldnt be so fat back then, thats just a product of the unhealthy american lifestyle he has grown up in.

  • What is it with everyone getting onto this guy for being fat?! So what, you're probably all fat too or will be someday. Diversty in every way is what makes this country and world wonderful.

  • what this guy forgets that in the old days , celti/germani tribes didn't allow fatties...or faggies.he would have been banned from the tribe, or been the village sandal cleaner.

  • Actually, that's *not true* As a matter of fact, in ancient Celtic culture, *some* tribes embraced and practiced homosexuality as one spiritual method of reaching enlightenment. As for fat: no one was really "fat" then -- farming and all that.

  • I love you Alan. lol

Oh yeah, all those hot, sweaty, farming, pagans....rawr! lol

  • MMMhmmmm. I wouldn't have lasted a day. They'd find me in the field ... well, you probably know what I mean. ;-)

  • It was however frowned up on in Norse and I think Germanic tribes. Mainly among men. It wasn't that it was considered unnatural. It was considered submitting yourself to another. In other words. They considered it being a wussy in many ways. And thus maybe not worth squat in battle.

  • key frase some

harold or gerold gardner what ever his name is; was totally homophobic. modern wicca is not but he totally was

  • freedom of religion means any religion.

    just saying

  • I was interested in Paganism for a while, but the people I met were a little too much into superstitionand they seemed slightly insane. I still love the earth, but now as a non-sectarian Buddhist!

  • hes fat

  • the sky is blue.

  • ya but if you were in the same room as him you wouldn't be able to see the sky, cause he is so fat

  • whats pagan? witches or something?

  • Wicca is a branch of Paganism, yes, but it is mainly worship of either nature or various gods and goddesses.

  • Pretty much.

  • Paganism is a very broad term. I consider a Pagan to be anyone who practices a nature-based religion, if they want the label. I don't think Native American's call themselves Pagan, but since their beliefs are soo Earth-related I don't think anyone would stop them.

  • ContraDeus 'pagan' may have the direct latin tranlastion of pre-christian but that doesn't mean its the current definition. Lots of words we use today orignally mean completely differnt things. I quote "wake up" - language changes.

  • This adamant insistence on monotheism is taken directly from the teaching of the Bible. Thus, in John 17:3 Jesus addresses his Father, saying, "And this is eternal life, that they know you—the only true God."

  • Paganism began before Christianity. In fact, they've taken most of our holidays too.

  • there are manyu pagan holidays

  • What on God's earth does Dungeons and Dragons have to do with Paganism, theroob? Grow the hell up.

  • I find it excellent that young men and women get involved in religions other than the Nazarene. It is a wonderful mark of heresy, and thus individual revolution.

  • I second that notion. Christianity itself is the product of revolutionary thought and persecution, though it is also a very important case study of what happens when religious doctrine is decided by committee (Council of Nicea). It begs the question of what would happen if the Pagan community tried something like that, purely for experimental purposes. Hopefully it won't result in a series of empty rituals protected by vicious powermongers, as the Christians produced, but who knows?

  • The definition of pagan is pre-christian. Meaning any religion that existed before christianity is pagan. so judaism is pagan. and saying you are pagan really doesn't mean a goddamn thing but "I'm not christian". Come on people, wake up.

  • Actually the term means Country dweller from Latin, and it does mean we are not Christian. The Jewish Faith is not Pagan either...neither is Islam..all Three Share a common heritage nd are called Book religions. Being Pagan means to be involved with something wonderful.

  • ContraDeus 'pagan' may have the direct latin tranlastion of pre-christian but that doesn't mean its the current definition. Lots of words we use today orignally mean completely differnt things. (I quote) "Wake up" - language changes.

  • Interesting. Though Alex really needs to style his hair a bit better.

  • I agree, but I like his glasses.

You know what? Funk being pagan, just spray paint pentagrams on the xtians churches

  • Spray paint? I dunno, I think using the blood of Christian babies would be so much more offencive. How bout we say fuck religion and worship the past monster in the sky?

  • Now thats more satanisum sidhedarkness

  • No, that would be the pasta monster under the Earth.

  • i understand pagan religion but its crap still...

  • And how did you come to that conclusion? Can you show your work? I submit that your 'understanding' of Paganism is somewhat flawed, if you can dismiss it as 'crap'. Even the Inquisition made a point of investigating their targets, regardless of how badly they mis-interpreted the data.

  • what, h3dg3, exactly do you find 'crap' about paganism?

  • took dungeons and dragons a little too seriously eh?

  • You might want to study your history with a bit more care. The traditions that Pagans follow are thousands of years old, and every bit as real to them as the Bible is to you. Moreso, I warrant, since they may or may not have been brought up in their faith but the maintain it in the face of what amounts to low-intensity but very persistent religious persecution. How hard would YOU cling to YOUR faith if you were being socially ostracised for practicing it?

  • how very bigoted of you to assume the bible has any meaning to me whatso ever. you might want to study your own history with a bit more care. The Celts and other heathens of pre-christian Europe would not recognize the ecclectic hodgepodge of Gardinerian plagerism that Americans call wicca as anything evenly remotely related to their beliefs. So don't try to throw any of that crap at me, I wont have it.

  • Very well. Please accept my apologies for assuming that you were not of the Wiccan faith yourself. Since you bring it up, however, I ask what I hope you will take as a sincere and legitimate question: what is the basis the faith you follow, given how clearly you have denied following "American" wicca?
