About eight years ago, when I was in Amsterdam with my school, I visited the AnneFrank house! It was a very strange and sad feeling to be in that house but very interesting too. My gret-grandfather died in a concentration camp and his son just after being rescued. They were sent there because they had listened to an English radio station and were betrayed by their neighbours. It's really hard to understand how people could have been so cruel!
This is what aracellipotter said in english:Me flavor a lot, Margot is someone that causes me many anxieties. ..por what describes Anne in its newspaper, itself be not to needed to certain science as was its personality... Never habia seen photos of Margot to traves of the years and I please me to verify that their nose and smile very they are seemed to those of Anne. ..^^
As far as I know, Miep Gies is still alive. I know she reached her 100th birthday last February. There were news stories then (for instance, the Netherlands government sent a special courier for her 100th birthday greeting).
The username annefrank was taken by someone else. The photos are of Anne and make her sort of come to life (I mean, the ones from the passport series), so I figured realannefrank was a good second choice.
Thank you for this...Every time I think of Anne and Margot, too, I think to myself...These were ordinary girls thrust into extraordinarily bizarre circumstances. But the relationships in their family and the dreams and wants of these young girls/ladies were no different than the kinds that millions of others have had...So sad when I think of all the potential taken from this world...
She lived to just past her 19th birthday, died in the same concentration camp as Anne. They were together until the end. There aren't any photos of her after 1942 because Holland was occupied by the Nazis, who forbade Jews from taking pictures. They were trapped in the country then, too, so getting passport photos would have been a pointless expense, is my understanding of it.

They are so sisters. With the same mother and father, why would it be weird?

Anne and Margot looked almost exactly the same. In the later years, Margot looks just like an older version of Anne=)

If you look closely enough into Margots eyes, you can feel a certain saddness for her. Perhaps it's just my imagination.

Thanks for replying. I agree. I removed the messages. I was not aware of this troll due to my youtube emails going to the wrong place.
