  • sorry, but this is a very beautyfull version of the Costello song. Sweet sweet sweet. I like it .......and Elvis too.I´m sure.

  • Sweet, sweet harmonizing! =)

  • love it

  • GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • .... sorry, i dont like it.

  • Wonderful version.

  • It will always be a mystery to those who just dont know any better, why more people will prescribe to Dog the Bounty Herder, than Canadian voices.

  • AND American...sorry

  • No one should cover Elvis Costello. No one should even try.

Now that I've gotten that out of the way, I am SO IN LOVE with this version of Uncomplicated! Beautiful!

It's so hard to narrow down my favourite Elvis songs, but Uncomplicated is definitely in my top ten, so I was taking a risk even clicking on this. I'm SO happy I did. Nicely done, ladies. I can tell you love Elvis, as all right-thinking people do. :-)

  • Just letting you know that you ladies are mega-excellent

  • Maybe they're looking at each other to keep their lyrics in sync???

  • Brava!

  • Am I stupid becaase I've read the name Rose Cousins often enough that I now think she's Rose Polenzani's cousin?

  • Wow! Why hasn't a major label picked up these ladies?! UNCOMPLICATED is at least as good as anything on my FM dial!

  • class, settle down... good tune, great interpretation, as always with rose and company...

  • wow that was amazing!

  • this ones pretty good. cool.

  • its like the girl without the guitar is in love with the girl thats playing the guitar because she wont stop looking at her.

    haha, buttttt amazzzzzing voices!(:

  • When your singing a duet, looking at the other person helps you to control yourself, and it makes you understand the other persons vocal movements, AND it helps to relax the both of you guys.

  • I agree totally with you zacefron. Kinda creepy that they look at each other all the time, but otherwise enjoyable.

  • What is creepy about musical chemistry?

  • I guess maybe they need rainbows tattooed on their foreheads for you to get it, but what they have is a musical experience and a personal love and respect for each other - not to mention beautiful talents. I would look at Rose Cousins that way if she was singing like that with me then I think I would . . .

  • Almost forgot - sorry to Rose Polenzani - I would motorboat your puppies too, if you sang with me. OK, it's all covered.

  • i know them, they are great friends- and that's all! they have excellent musical chemistry together. it helps if you are singing with someone to watch them.. you "feel" how they are going to sing the song.. it's very precognitive... and helps a lot!

  • Oh, precognitive, yes that is the word we were all looking for to explain everything.

Holy fuck, this place is funny.

  • Precognition : noun

1.knowledge of a future event or situation, esp. through extrasensory means.

    Origin:

140050; late ME < LL praecognitiōn-, s. of praecognitiō; see pre-, cognition

    Related forms:

    pre⋅cog⋅ni⋅tive [pree-kog-ni-tiv]

    Related Words for : precognitive

    clairvoyant, second-sighted

try to keep up, little fucker.

  • LOL - Thanks for the Fisher Price language lesson. It might have occurred to you that I was familiar with the word's definition in order to mock your use of it, but you probably aren't that intuitive.

  • and you probably have no musical talent...

    oh, look! i was right!

hahah! i gotta love 50-year-old internet bullies.

is starting shit on youtube going to cure your midlife crisis? feelin' young and frisky making trouble with the twenty-somethings?

    that's adorable <3

  • . . . and now you resort to insults because your Sophist argument falls short. You are brilliant - well, brilliant at the day care level at least.

  • Outstanding!

  • die gucken sich an, als wären sie verliebt :D

  • god! that was so great. *dies*

  • these girls are great!!! Are they with a record label yet someone sign them fast

  • HOT DAAAAM!

that's all I have to say.

    HOT DAAAAM!

  • ahhh! this guitar part is MARVELOUS

and the two voices together are the most perfect duet EVEr

these girls are too good for words

    really. really. really

  • THE ROSES ARE so great to together...your voices blend so beautiful. I saw Rose Cousins @ ECMA's 2007 for a second...and I couldn't believe it. I can't wait to go to one of your shows...or get your CD. Until then I'll just watch the videos! Good luck @ the ECMA's 2008 in Fredericton Rose!

  • You both rock! and you both are hot!

  • This is a stellar recontextualization of the original. Bonus points for the relaxed, pitch-perfect harmonizing. Great job!

  • Love it ladies. Great job! This is my all time favorite Costello tune and I thought for sure I'd be disappointed. Nope : )

  • Oh oh oh ... I guess I have never seen anyone or anything more charming than you 2 guys together and singing! Pheww ... :o)

  • wow, great job, ladies. Most of the time when people try to do something different with a song it ends up much worse than the original, but this is a great cover.

  • Perfect!

  • I love you Rose.

  • I love EC&TA's original, but this wasn't what I expected. It's truly great, well done.

  • Asolutely brilliant!! And lovely too.

  • Well done! Had to listen to it a second time!

  • Saddens the two of you that the song was written by a man?

  • that was very nice

    well done

  • I like the way you got the hook down from the very beginning. Different and better than the original, IMHO.

  • It is good. I look happy. This looks, too and is happy.

  • Wow. Fantastic. How can I get a copy!?
