It's pretty clear from the way she acts at the end of "Age of Heroes pt. 2" and this episode as well. Ignoring Aerrow and the others when she gushes over Starling and tries to make a positive impression. :)

No idea. But the only one she's gotten close to within the Storm Hawks is Aerrow. And she's never even seen any of the others fight, so to her they'll all be likely to die on her easily.

Most likely, yes. As far as Starling's feelings and past go, Piper's a bit out-of-the-loop. That's why Aerrow's so close to Starling, they fought together in the climax of the pilot episodes, and since she has no other friends, that's who she turns to.
