wow. i'm very impressed by this judge because alot of people will treat her as a victim because she cries and because of what happened to the children but she is responsible for it all and i'm glad he told her so. i'm hoping the children are not released to her seeing as this is the second time she's failed them as a mother.

That judge acted dishonorable in the courtroom, he is supposed to be an impartial arbitrator. Not only did he prove his sentence was based on his emotions but he took the presumption of being able to be the judge over the plaintiff's life, which I seriously doubt he knows very much at all about, regardless of the trial. Its not that he was factually incorrect, thats not the point, he is bound to certain oaths and he sounded a little uneducated as well, poor vocabulary skills at the very least.
