  • Sweet gun.. I buying a remington 700 sps in 7mm

  • This scope is working on .308 ???????? I'm genuinely surprised! Super

  • Thx man im fine downloading my own videos, you dont have to download them for me

  • @vonplurring what the fuck are you talking about.

  • @StiThis1 in the video you said "hopefully i can download a video for you guys" @ 1:26

  • @StiThis1 @ 1:28 you say "Hopefully I can download a video.. for you guys, maybe later tonight?" hahaha that is some funny shit!!

  • @dskize1 ..... ok? upload i guess is the correct terminology ? humans do make mistakes

  • Is the barrel free floating?

  • @LemurHotel with the sps no it's connected to the stock actually

  • Good video im starting to save some money up for one like the review.

And how much was the scope?

  • A lot o online websites say this had a blued finish to it. I like the all black just like this video. Anybody know where I can get a gun just like this one in all black?

  • Hey, i just noticed you have a Barska 6.24 on it, i have that exactl model on my .22 i want this scope on my .300 (when i get it) but i have been told this scope wont work well with the big bores. Hows your holdin up? i know a .308 is a fair difference to a .300WM but its worth the ask.

  • I've got a 700 SPS Stainless in 7mm08 but I haven't taken it to the Range yet. I noticed that the 700 SPS Rifles Don't have Floated Barrels and was wondering if the other Remington 700 Rifles have Floated Barrels or Bedded Stocks.

  • Could just be me but it looks like your scope is slightly off cant.

  • what do u mean its not the model you wanted?

    did u order a varmint?

i was undecided between the sps and the sps varmint, in the end i went for the tactical, 20" barrel.

cost around 850 euros here in ita, a little over 1000 bux. :(

  • hey man nice vid i think i might get one of these now

  • dear santa...

  • Its a beautiful rifle. You said you got it for around 550? Where did you find it for that price!

  • @skilledkills gander mountain i believe

  • @StiThis1 ok thanks man ill have too check it out.

  • @StiThis1 so hows the barska scope worked out

  • @86taw its works alright for the price. once you get into the higher magnification the quality of the picture goes down

  • @skilledkills Got mine for 370 at bimart, 1 week ago.

  • I probably will begin shooting, would this be a good starter gun for a 16 year old? I've shot pellet guns before. (pretty experienced with air rifles)

  • Cost in usd?

  • @weWILLskate around 550

  • @StiThis1 Thats not an SPS Tactical. Its just a standard SPS .308. The tactical has a houge stock and a 20" heavy barrel.

  • ok what size is that bipod and how would you think it would be for coyote hunting

  • @PervertedDweeb something you can lay down and be able to sit. look at some harris'.

  • What is the best rounded chambered into the Remington 700 SPS? Any Recommendations (.223 Rem vs .308 Win)

  • @BigJ782011 ah well depends what you want. im getting a remington 700 sps varmint 223 because i have a SHIT TON of varmints near my place. upsides of .223- very cheap shooting, can hunt anywhere from fox to deer (if you are good shot you can hunt deer) generally flat shooting, with heavy bullets you can shoot at somewhere at like 800 yards. Upside to .308 - can hunt anything in north america with it, can reach out to very long ranges, at least 1000 yards, flat shooting. Both great options!!! :)

  • This is a great gun

  • @FPSBELLI its a tack driver! thanks for watching

  • Can you install a bi-pod and sling easily or do you have to buy more extentions?

  • @BigJ782011 if you get a Harris bi pod then it comes with an added swivel stud under it...

  • Thats not a sps tactical.

  • Does this gun have a free floating barrel?

  • was the bipd easy to install?

  • @zukazamammee its very simple

  • @StiThis1 if its not too much can you tell me how much it was i might want one for my sps for hunting

  • @zukazamammee it varies at store to store id say around 80 dollars

  • @zukazamammee doesnt sound too bad thank you

  • dang that is so beautiful

  • @finessewes9119 thanks man.

  • what does the adjustable trigger do? this is my first rifle and i dont really know much about it

  • @bwombough28 you can adjust the weight of the trigger pull . like from 2lbs to like 5lb . i makes it break easier the lighter the lbs

  • @bwombough28 i have a 5.56 sps 700 you cane make it so the trigger requires more or less pressure to fire i have a tactictal desert camo with tactictal trigger and i put holes in the middle of dimes at 200 yds

  • hey man quick question.. with your scope zoomed al lthe way to 24 power. how to objects look like at 500 yards? like gimme example of your shooting out of that kind of scope view. I'm looking at a Bushnell 8-32x40 and was curious to that 24 power.. lemme know thanks so much bro

  • man your remington 700 makes me jealous! haha nice gun man! quick question... that scope.. never heard of it any good? odviously if u have it and how well would it shoot out to 500-600 yards?

  • @aroccop its alright for the money . its barska mildot varmit scope. 42mm. im planning on gettin a better nikon scope. thanks for watching!

  • iam getting same gun in .243 does any one know were to get cheap .243 ammo in bulk

  • Nice rifle, I got the same one in a 30-06 and topped it with a Leupold VX-3 4.5-14x50. Pick it up next week, cant wait!!

  • @motorsport816 you will love it

  • I have the 700 police .308 with redfield LE 12 scope and it is freaking deadly accurate I can hit out to almost 1000 yards with it. just an amazing platform for an extremely reasonable price.

  • @MMACHMP i agree very good for the price

  • Very Nice, I purchased mine yesterday. Not sure which scope to go with.

  • Lol his camera is gay.

  • @xC7a2xJTF2x ?lol what....

  • @StiThis1 Near the beginning of the video you called your camera gay..Lol. At 1:00

  • @StiThis1 you said your camera was gay ha

  • wats the actual specific name of the barska scope ...for shopping

  • Nice rifle..just got the 700ADL that they only sell at Dicks and Sports Authority. Very different from the old ADL. How did you mount that Bidpod on there? and what power is the Barska? I have the excavator coming my way (although my 700 came with a remington scope)

  • @mustangpaul05 it mounts to the sling stud on the front . the scope is 6 to 24power. enjoy the new rifle! i may do a video of how to install the bi pod because a few ppl asked how its mounted now

  • @StiThis1 Cool, thanks man. You should do one of how to put it on. Anything but a rail mounted one just sounds so vague on the internet item pages. I like the black, mine is a funky camo but oh well

  • I have quite the cache of weapons, I put a barska on my galil but it didn't do what I thought it would, quite a disappointment. How much did just the rifle cost? I know those nice bipods can be pricy.

  • is this the varmient rifle I know the sps tactical is 20 inch barrel let me know I cant choose between the varminent and the tactical

  • @miltnxc123 this is the sps none bull barrel. id go with the tactical 20'' if i could do it again. but the 24'' barrel sps does the job too. i vote 20'' bull barrel

  • Ok thanks

  • Hey Ive heard that the remington 700 sps comes with a matte blue finish. Is yours black?

    Thanks

  • @GscottS16 mine is black yes.

  • @StiThis1 thanks man and good vid btw i going to see if i can get one before hunting season starts

  • Is this a good whitetail rifle? I'm 14 and been hunting with a shotty for 3 years and it's not my first choice please reply

  • @tycor1996 here in iowa they dont have high power rifle season anymore. but if they did this would work great. its chambered in the 308.

  • How did the scope perform?

  • @RECOILJUNKIE38 only shot it out to 100 so far but it was perfect. right on the money.

  • @StiThis1

Good looking gun and thanks for the reply... Enjoy shooting:)

  • Very nice!

  • I would get an R700, but there is one thing that bothers me. I like the way the the R700 CDL looks, but it isn't chambered for the .308 Winchester round.

I might just give in and get a polymer R700 just so I can use the .308. Except I would get it in olive drab.

  • trigger isnt the greatest, cant really take it down to even 2 pounds.. with mine at least.

  • @drewbaby20 Really? this was my fav trigger to date. feels so good

  • @StiThis1 i like it at first but i find it to be inconsitent with adjustments, like any little adjustment to the screw can throw it out of wack. i have set as light as possible right now and its probably around 2 1/2 - 3 pounds. I think im going to invest in a new one soon. you can check my videos if you'd like as well.

  • You need to free float the barrel, bed the action, and change out the "X mark" with the 700's older trigger for better accuracy, and reliability. The synthetic stock you bought is very light for the gun and doesnt add much resistance for recoil. I would change the stock to at least a hogue in the future.

  • Very, very nice

  • Wow, what a beauty! Want one of those pretty bad. Reach out and touch someone! lol.

  • Id keep her right there on the table shinning like she is lol nice rifle good purchase stay safe thanks

  • If your gonna shoot at range thats a good rifle to choose.

  • Awesome my friend. I have two of these one in .308 and one in .223. My .308 will put bullet on bullet at 100 yards with a cheap scope. Congrats! I will send this to Pete he has one also. Can't wait for range video!

  • @Mr45Bullitt Sweet! the trigger is so amazing on it. range vids should be up tomorrow

  • Nice set-up :) BTW manzgear makes cool paracord slings and I make cleaning kits.

  • @GUNeRAG pm the info on your cleaning kit i might get one

  • Look into bore snakes. I have them for all of my guns. Its like running a copper brush and a cleaning pad through the barrel at the same time and there are no rods to mar the barrel

  • @traines2332 i use a bore snake on my shotgun and love it. i wanted to invest in them for all my guns.

  • That sucks they took so long for the model you wanted but the Tactical is excellent as well. You going to take that deer hunting?

  • @Simonds007 the wait was brutal.

  • Fuckin Nice bro!!!!

  • @welderhondadrew thanks man

  • sweet.....

  • @Brandon401401 thanksss

  • Do you have a one piece cleaning rod? You will need one with this to protect that barrel. I watched a friend of mine try to use a 3 piece rod and he messed up the barrel. Nice rig, I had a .308 police model before with a 24" barrel.

  • @semiautoriflelover i have always used 3 part cleaning rod on my ar15, so just bought the same kit for the 308.from hoppes or however you spell that. hope my ar aint gettin fucked up. ill look into the one piece rods. i always wanted to get the one piece carbon rods

  • @StiThis1 Just to be safe get a one piece rod, mine is stainless steel and was around $20. The 3 piece rods are fine for an AR15 as long as you don't clean from barrel end. The steel can attract dirt and rub inside barrel. For many years I was a bench rest shooter and the one piece is a good investment to make sure barrel is safe. One piece carbon rods are nice.

  • Nice dude... looking forward to seeing it fire. - FD

  • Bad ass man!! Congrats! That is my next long gun purchase.

  • Sweet, I own one almost exactly like that. Definitely a tac driver!!

  • Looks good.... can't wait to see it go BOOM.

  • Nice!!

    I got a 700 police in .223 my self.
