I am pretty sure im missing some walkthrough cause there are too many for me to see them all. (which walkthrough is old and is *i guess* discreet)

Some of the bosses are gonna be REALLY gay and you'll need all the health you can get, especially since your on the hardest difficulty. Do what u want but it's just a suggestion.
