how do i turn down the volume when im recording.. when im in the club it comes back distorted because of the bass in the speakers....

I have to film some dark scenes for college with my NikonD5000. I choosed 720p but the filmed clips have a lot of noise in it. oO Do you know what I'm doing wrong?

How come when i upload to youtube my video from d5000 isnt 720p hd

@BJfilms13 sometimes it takes a little longer for youtube to process 720p , wait some time and the 720p option should appear

@BJfilms13 yes, and even he 1080p can apear, my time lapse is on 1080p with nikon d5000 also ;)

@emophet the music is from youtube audioswap because the mic on the d5000 is a bit crappy
will the camera record all the sounds even the one from the camera? also is there an mic extension even if it's just DIY...
if not, i hope they fix this with a new release... possibly the d6000/d5500??

@youprefer there is no mic extension. and the built in mic kinda sucks. and the D3100 might have an extension
