When you jump into a fountain like that, you run the risk of either breaking a part of the pumping system or one of the fountain lights. Honestly, I have had to fix these problems and once you have to fix them enough, you kinda' get tired of it and wish people would grow up.

It's idiots like you that cause mall security to act the way they do at most malls. As an employee of a mall, I have seen my share of people like you that have jumped into our fountains. What you don't know is how many hundreds of dollars that are spent every time somebody jumps into the fountain. That's why most of the time, the mall puts tons of chlorine in the water as a deterent. The last people that tried that at the mall I work at ended up with white jeans when they were wearing black
I agree. I'm the supervisor of security at our local mall, and the thing that pisses me off about this is that when someone slips and falls in the water on the floor, the mall faces a lawsuit. We have several injuries a year due to this type of stuff. I think people need to start thinking about the long term consequences and grow up.
To all of those who claim to be mall security people...your lives suck. you shouldn't be security people and complain about people jumping into a fountain. Um, grow up and laugh about two grown males jumping into a mall fountain. And get an education...bitch.
