its realy stupid when you go to the skate park and a fruitbooter of a scootererer comes up to you and says "get a real board" or "why do you ride an Argos board" and im like fuck you twat

I'm 37 and I ride an 8" deck with Indy 139's and 50 mm wheels.

I don't understand why young kids want to use the stuff we used to ride 25 years ago; it's cumbersome and no where near as functional as modern boards, wheels, and trucks.

This boggles my mind.

@sinebass808 I'm 35 and a big fat mug, I wish like hell I could find a replacement for my Tony Hawk skull and crossbones deck that my sister chucked out 15 years ago. Yeah, equipment was heavy and whatnot, I'm just getting back into skating and I guess I just don't trust all the new gear around. When I was a young buck it was all made in California, high quality, these days? CHINA, and won't stand up to punishment, it seems too thin and flimsy.

dude dont feel stupid no one has the same style most are simular except for me im 15 and i skate on the old 8os boards i ride nothing but vert ramps and pools and when i get to the skate park i put on elbow knee pads and a helmet on top of tht im also a punker so i stand out pretty well
