people keep naming it wrong, altough I see the reason behind the mistake: people don't undertand the original TV show.
That cat is called "Nyan" and when he uses the "Nyan Ring" on his tail (which in this picture, is not a star) he becomes "Ultra Nyan" and has a star on his tail.
so this is actually Nyan messing with X's webcam xD
