Hellsing the Original "Animation." Was horrible to me. Because the storyline didn't stick to the "Original Story." The Hellsing OVA is "New." Yes. The Original Hellsing "Animation." came out before OVA. But the OVA expresses the "Original Story." Straight from the Manga. Which was. "Before." The "Original Animation." So, whatever is placed in the OVA. Is strictly "On the spot." with the "True." Storyline. Unlike the "Original Animation."

Hellsing is the most badass. Although some of these look pretty good... except for Blood the last Vampire. Saw it, hated it. Meh. Nothin like killin a swarm of zombie-ish vamps though :D

No, it isn't. The anime was released on 10/10/01, the OVA on 10/02/06 (dd/mm/yy). As I said before, I prefer the original - the animation and especially the audio, is far better imho.

an ova its released every 6 months curently it has 7 ovas and the ovas are the manga storyline so its the original.

@sonar123456: I watched it, but I was a little disapointed after reading the first Blood+ book because it doesn't explain anything that the book left unanswered. But as far as action goes, it was awesome, really nice animation/art. If your interested in the story, then you probably won't be very happy, but if for just the experiance it was pretty good.
