  • Thanks sincerely. I hurt my back couple of weeks ago, then came across this video. It's done wonders for me on so many levels. I'm inspired to learn the art of Tai Chi.

  • Do you have any remedies for hip pain? I fractured my hip about 6 years ago and it hurts on and off

  • @Loganpopp88 Tigers balm. You should be able to find it at any drug store or pharmacy. The version in a tube is like super charged icey hot or Ben-gay. However I sugest the kind that comes in the small round jar.

  • I'm 23 and have had back issues since I was 16 due from working and doing things in the work place to cause strain on my back along with the accidents I have had when I use to skateboard everyday .. This is a huge step in helping my pain go away .. :D

  • Your video is a lifesaver! My back has been difficult for a while.

  • I think most people use 'chronic' to talk about an onging daily problem. In my case, I woke every morning with a back ache that didn't quit till noon and often returned in the evening too.

    I might add that all of the Chen training is excellent for the back, stretching and strengthening, not just the exercises.

  • THis is really great and VERY VERY helpful - thank you! You put it into layman's terms and that helps immensely. One thought: it would be a little easier to see what you're doing if you wore a brighter colored shirt that wasn't so baggy. Also: (and I say this with great respect): it's great to see someone a bit older, not in perfect health doing this. I hate seeing training videos by people who say how easy this all is blah blah blah and they're like 20 years old and they do it for a living.
