You can download them at SonicRetro, as well as multiple tools to create your own. They aren't legal, but Sega doesn't mind (trust me on this).

Its the first level of Sonic 3D Blast's (or whatever your demographic calls it) theme.

Although, idk why they switched it out... I would have rather seen the Green Hill Zone original or remixed song in there.
