Owned a 1977 172XP that was very close in performance to what you are getting. Aside from from the norton stol kit it was stock 195 hp XP with a135kt in cruise. The one advantage the older models had were 40 degree flaps, just had to keep the power in.
wITH a 210hp engine, I guess so you can t/o relatively short

the one at 45 kts was the best
just add little bit of power right before touching down and they will be short and SOFT which is good for the plane too

No cruise speed was lost. The plane makes above book speed without wheel pants.
