Barkan Method Hot Yoga Teacher Training

Barkan Method just really sucks. Take Bikram Yoga its better and not as sloppy and fake ass as the Barkan Method. BTW, Jimmy Barkan stole from Bikram Chondury's sequence. I have taken his classes and I cannot stand the sequence and the teachers in Barkan method deviate from the sequence vs. Bikram method is regulated so you get best results.

it sounds like your Bikram yogi teaches you to hate....

apparently that is what you get out of yoga

maybe you should try boxing, and perhaps some proper English classes wouldn't hurt , this way you could improve on your "fake ass" comments

you can't steal something that is public domain. Bikram doesn't "own" anything. Its a little older than him.. :D

Om shanti. I am a Bikram teacher. I love Bikram practice and I also believe the good intention of all yoga teaching. Not all of Bikram practitioners are aggresive and harsh. This life is for us to learn, to grow and to love. Will see Barkan in Oct :)

Looks great. I wish they would open up a studio in San Diego so that we could have an alternative to Bikram.
