not too bad but your shots are out of rhythm. its like hes flying through the air next thing you know the car is on the side of the road and the dudes are getting out. ouch on the sound effects and ouch on the lighting is a bit over exposed...if you can, i suggest adjusting the white balance and manually adjusting the exposure but all in all its not a bad video.
