well fyi im a firefighter and yes fire hydrants can put out that much psi cuz its conected right to the water main and all u do is open the hydrant valve and u got alot of water.....that was a small diameter hose probaly like 1 1/2 or 2 inch which one guy can handle alone if hes strong enough but if that kid would have been trying to hold a 5 inch hose he would be throw very far or wouldnt be able to pick it up at all

no they cant thats just a 2 and a half inch 1 guy or 2 guys can handle them depending on the psi and im sure a fire hydrant cant put out that much psi
